Great device. Works. A must have. Amazing price for what you learn.
Hey! This works! I replaced the power supply twice on a gaming mother board that would intermittently boot. Everything I read online said "PSU is bad." Fed up, I bought this. My PSUs checked out and passed the tests. Long story short, my motherboard was bad. So now I have extra PSUs. But for the price, this is worth every nickel and more.

I know it's not the best..but does the job!!
I do need a smart helping hand and found ths!! I just do not care for digital equipment..but this is what I could find without looking for something all day and waiting three-eight days for delivery!! It's getting harder and harder to find something that won't cost an arm and a leg and will do the same thing a big box can do when you are in a hurry!!

Great tool to have in the tool box.
Very handy little tool. Easy to use, just "plug-and-play". Diagnosed an old HP computer that failed because the power supply has a bad 12V rail. It reads "H.H" which means High Voltage / Overvoltage / Unsafe High Voltage. This would be the reason the CPU and motherboard failed! The HP proprietary power supply killed them! Thanks, HP! If you have ever had a PC component (or an entire PC) fail or break down and wonder if the power supply failed and killed it, this can help and is a whole lot cheaper than buying a whole new power supply, or will tell you if you definitely need to replace your power supply unit. Very handy to be able to diagnose this kind of thing from home!

Good product
Some reviewers complained about lack of instructions LMAO if your testing power supplies and you need instructions to run this simple tool then maybe you should stay away from the toaster. It works and does its job took me longer to get it out of the ridiculous packaging, to simply have it plugged in and working. I like the fact that rather than other testers I have had in the past you get a digital readout rather than a go/no go light. Would be nice if had a rubberized but thats just me.

Excellent!
This little gadget works just as advertised and is a great value for the money! It had already paid for itself by diagnosing bad and good power supplies. I have not tested how accurate the voltage readings are, but it will definitely let you know if you have a bad power supply! I would definitely recommend for a budget tester!

Works but is very basic
This was definitely helpful to check the PSU was working. It was a little confusing on when things were having issues ( I had a PSU that seemingly was arcing power so I'm assuming it was bad. You get what you pay for so I may suggest buying a fancier one if you plan to use it regularly.

Detects voltage errors and other problems with a power supply
I used this to detect a low voltage cable output from my new power supply. If I hadn't tested, it definitely would have harmed the component I plugged into it.

No instructions
The ATX part worked OK but there were no instructions and no indications of how some of the connections should be used.
