Will return when I receive it in 28 days time. Company refused to cancel as it had been dispatched. Not rechargable battery.

Worked for 2 days then started crackling and making noises. Informed seller (Romancy) they offered 30% discount and told me to give them to a friend. After explaining H&S implications they agreed to refund of item & postage. Had to send tracked which cost £10. Item did get refunded but no postage although they agreed to refund this also. Do not buy from this seller, cheap junk that will cost you.

Very good value for money , can be a bit tricky to adjust the volume and you get a few whistles in your ear but on the whole a solid bargain

I have had to change my review of these devices, at first they work great but I have only had it a few months and it is now failing, inserted a new battery as there was no sound coming out and it worked for a very short time then just faded, tried several other batteries with the same result, I have emailed the seller several times now but they have not responded, I don't think they will replace them if they fail after only short use.

The write-up is misleading e.g. states 'Left and right ear' when the photo is for one ear only [Blue or Red]The correct photo shown has to be selected first before purchase.It seems to imply that it doesn't matter which colour photo is selected but it does, because for instance on Single Red description it states ''Left and Right Ear'' . The same goes for Single Blue description., when it's not for two items.

They work, however you need a No of domes to try before you get the best sound and comfort.The domes supplied allowed a whistling sound, I have now have bought domes & they have improvedboth sound & comfort.

The device lasted all of 2 weeks before failing. The supplier shows no interest in sorting out the problem and makes silly suggestions, such as try a new battery. Strange as it sounds it did occur to me that the battery may have expired much like the supplier. I will never buy from an Amazon supplier again. The system of addressing the problem does not work.
