Rendered Duck Fat - 1 gallon

At first it seemed like too small a container, but it was exactly as advertised. Pure, white, glorious duck fat. We rub our chickens & turkeys with it before using the Infrared Cooker, & the results are stupendous. Cook chicken livers in duck fat, garlic, arugala, celery leaves, & a drop of white truffle oil for a superb pate'.

This product is very popular in France and when I had some foods cooked with it, I had to have some. The only problem I had with this was that apparently it had to ship refrigerated to preserve it which cost me just as much as the product itself. I ended up spending around $50.on a gallon so I'm not so sure I'll be purchasing another one.

This product worked as advertised. I got it in 2 days and made duck confit in no time. I am a professional chef and got this product faster than ANY of my proveyors. The soonest they could get it was 2 weeks! The product is quality, rendered duck fat.

Duck Fat has a unique ability to put an underlying flavor that makes your friends eyes say "I make this dish, but this is soo much better". Find a smaller amount if you must but, buy this amount. It freezes w/o any problems. Buy it, Share the fat knowledge with your friends......THEY will thank you.!

Any decent cook knows that it takes good ingredients to make delicious food. This duck fat is well worth the money. I wish the shipping wasn't so costly, but I guess i'll just suck it up since there aren't too many places I can purchase this quantity of duck fat.

Oh, our crepes and oven or pan-fried potatoes have never been so nicely browned...can't wait to make the Duck Cassoulet I actually purchased this for. I separated it into several smaller containers for the freezer.

I had heard a lot about frying food in duck fat. It's all true! I've cooked many different foods in this, and I can't say enough good about it!! Try tortillas in duck fat. Wow! And double cooking french fries is amazing!!

Outstanding product. The good news is the duck fat may be frozen without reducing the quality and taste of the product. We use it on all special dining events at the house. I recommend this product.
