Different Motor
Recieved a different product.All items are same but not the DC motor. It is of different design and its gear is also not working. I want a replacementm

It could've been BETTER.
This product isn't the best. Go for the NASA TECH one (other product which has batteries also), this things requires around 12v, which is not mentioned anywhere. The motors are really bad, as the axle is not stable and shakes a bit. My advice go for an Arduino too As with 12v the speed of motors is pretty fast, so it won't get time to take sharp turns. Screwdriver is of course a really cheap one, Chassis is mediocre. You can get better kits than this and probably cheaper, first check them.
