It works for a year and a half. Then it stops locking for toasting (does not lock for pop-up). I made a complaint. The technician came. Opened the sensor, cleaned it and it started working. After two days it again stopped. Mind it, we have been using other pop-up toasters for nearly four decades now and none gave such problems. That means, we know how to keep the toaster clean and remove the bread crumbs daily after use. Looks like there is a flaw in the design of Borosil toaster. It's sensor is located close to the toasting area and bread crumbs deposit on it. This is inside and you cannot clean without calling a technician. On my fourth complaint, the sensor was changed. It is working now - not sure for how many days. The warranty expires in about a fortnight and then I have the option of buying a new one than to pay charges to Borosil for a bad product.Secondly, the stainless steel cover gets very hot and you run the risk of burning your hands. Overall impression : Frustating experience for a small product. Go for other superior brands.

I have been waiting to buy a toaster for a long time and this one just matched my requirements perfectly.If you have 3 or more in the family, better to buy a toaster which can fit at least 4 bread at a time. This can accommodate 4 at a time. It can fit larger pieces of bread as well as the length is good enough.The power is good and it can toast the bread from low to very crispy. The wire length is good. The reheat feature is very handy if you want the same crispiness and hotness for bread toasted a few minutes back. It also has a tray that pops up in case you need to heat croissants or something similar while your bread is being toasted.It has a tray for removing bread crumbs as well. Overall, great purchase.

The thermostat konked of within 6 months and no repairs possible with this product basically it’s a 1-6 months of good use. Better quality products are avalible with service Centers around.

After much review of the item, I though of going with this product. Read much negetive product review so I was a bit afraid to order. But I ordered, and got the item delivered. It's really a good product. Look is absolutely beautiful. Very smart look. Heating is perfect with 7 level heating feature. Re-heat option, Defrost option makes this product much unique. It's a value for money item I recommend it to buy you will love it.

I bought this product in Feb 22 through Cloudtails. It was working okay but from the last 6 months, it start giving variations in temperature, toast started BURNING 🔥 or EXTRA CRISP DESPITE ON THE NO 1 or 2. Now THEY COMES OUT BURNT ONES EVEN ON NO 1.. At this cost, not worth buying... 😟🥲I complained about 10 days ago, 1 technician visited and after checking said PCB Burnt 🥵 will need a replacement. Okay it will be done in next 48 hours. Still waiting after 7-8 days, they are not even responding to your calls... really bad ... one should not buy such expensive toasters, local one is better, use & throw.. 😳🤔🥲🥲

Good quality. No defects. Easy to use. Bread slices fit easily with no distortion. Timer works well - may have to adjust settings to individual preferences. Easy to clean.
