Better Quality Control
The Sima dermaplaner works well and is easy to handle, but there needs to be more quality control for the replacement blades as some blades, even in the same pack, do not fit snuggly and will rattle and move.

I have purchased and will continue to purchase these replacement kits. The difference it makes in how smooth my skin feels afterwards is amazing. It is super easy to use. I was concerned that it would cut my skin, but hasn't once and I use it twice a week. It is sharp enough to trim the soft peach fuzz on my skin, but not to the point that you will cut yourself.

Works well for me but horribly expensive replacement tips
The Sima microblade works really well for me. The results are good but these replacement tips are overpriced. The instructions are to change tips with each use - of course they would say that wouldn't they. I get 2 -3 uses out of each tip.
