I didn't expect it needed some assembly.
Nice stamp but I'm lazy & sometimes I just want simple things in life. I did not expect to have to insert the ink pad into the stamp & read instructions. I just wanted to use it. Today was not an easy day & I didn't need something to make it a bit more aggravating. Sorry. Large easy to read letters. Everything else is great. J

it isn't an automatic ink stamp. You first have to stamp it in the ink then use it.

Not recommended
I just threw this brand-new stamp into the garbage. It did not come loaded with ink, the ink came as a separate pad that apparently I have to insert myself, yet the instructions on the side of the box are ridiculously vague. I even went to the company's website to try and get more detailed directions, but no luck. After numerous attempts to place the ink pad in a logical manner, I gave up because I don't need to get red ink all over myself while at work.
