There are separate combos for opening the box and unlocking the latch. Nice feature so it can’t be stolen when opened. Also, it is all metal all around and is very sturdy. No issues with security and this is often a good but cheaper than it’s competitors. You can change the combo on both locks. No tools needed to do this either. Smooth mechanisms

Better than most. As a Realtor, I like it's set of features: large key area, inner combo lock on the clasp, hard finish, padded back. What I don't like is (1) too easy for others to see the actual combo when lock is left open, (2) no slide or flip open cover over the outer combo area (rain and security issues), (3) gold finish draws too much attention to it, especially if you're trying to hide its location, (4) manufacturer's big name across the front (if it's a good product, all you need is your small name, website and phone number on the back or bottom. They can do much better. Suggestions: (1) make the outer combo a number button lock that you can close without having to re-enter the combo, (2) provide it in dull black finish, (3) take your name off the front, (4) put an opaque flip open cover over the outer combo area, (5) provide a white matte area on the bottom so the owner can write his own lockbox number with a sharpie. (Helps when you are using more than one in the same area or when you store your spares in one box.)

So far so good. Easy to set up. Fit my house keys on a key chain. I live alone and well, sometimes I lock my door behind me without having the keys. This happened twice and once I had to wait 3 hours for a fix. So now, i have peace of mind with this locked to metal lattice on my porch. Doesn't appear to be the kind you jimmie open. the second lock inside means they have to cut the lock off to get it. I'm pleased and feel a little less panicked everytime I close my door behind me

I purchased it for the dog walker but I see how it can be useful for anyone who comes to the house. It is easy to set the code and just as easy to reset it for multiple users. I did find it a bit tricky at first to release the door knob portion but that is related to reading the instructions carefully. I think this is a nice value. I put one key on a small ring n the chamber, it could hold more keys. We keep it on a door that is covered so it never encounters the rain, I can't speak to any water exposure. I am pleased with the item.

The lock is substantial and seems very secure. In fact, the inner lock is so secure that it's very easy to mess up and get a different code set! The directions for setting that code are not as clear as they could be. My finger slipped off the very stiff lever during the setting of a new code at a time I didn't notice, and the code was set to something very different than what I was trying to do. Going through all of the combinations systematically allowed me to get it fixed. Now that I know that, and the codes are set as I like, I'm very happy with the product.

I have several different types. These are my favorites. Very sturdy. I like that there is a separate combo inside for opening the shackle to remove the box. One small improvement would be to imprint on top, pull here. Guests at my rentals sometimes have trouble opening it because they're pulling in the wrong place.

This is a large, heavy duty lock box that works well. I reset both the shackle and the lock box numerous times to make sure there would be no problem when I really need it to open. Works perfectly. I was able to fit a full size car key fob with clip and a standard size house key. I live on the West Coast so I can't attest to how this lock will hold up in cold/freezing climates but my gut feeling is this lock box is well made and should be fine.
