Fit on my truck.
I purchased two of these, one for my Ram 2500 2017 and one for my Ram 1500 2012 And I was just wondering why the small holes don’t line up with either tailgate? Oh and one had a broken prong and or plastic post.... not that it matters... because it won’t fit my Ram 2500 anyway... and the truck is very nice and does not deserve to have a part on it that does not work.. I’m sure you get that? Moreover I installed the Ram 1500 and used some silicon to hold three of the rivets in after cutting them down to make the illusion they are in- truck... the truck is old so it worked... three of the plastic rivets did line up... so half glued and half not.. so anyway... whatever I guess... I was warned by other reviewers... So shame on me.. I guess.... In the end the company refund me my money very quickly and was very responsive to my concerns ... so not a perfect first purchase from them,.,, maybe next time it will be better...

The holes don't line up to install
The holes don't line up to install the push in rivets and the screws for the rivets are plastic phi lips screwdriver which strip out when installing.

Does not fit!
Purchased for 2014 Ram 3500. Initially looked the same but... the two outside button holes on the left and right sides did not line up with the holes in the tailgate and got worse as you moved further out. Same with the snap-in tabs molded into the cap. They were off by 1/8-1/4" and bent when trying to install. The ends of the cap were about 1/4" short of the sides of the tailgate. Ended up damaging the product on install. Disappointed and annoyed.

Cheap fasteners and misaligned holes
Better than a broke one and cheap enough but the holes do not line up with the factory ones and the fasteners that come with it are cheap and difficult to install.
