Witch & Wizard Series
I have read the entire series up until this book, I have started "The Kiss". This series really is for younger people but I would reccomend it to anyone of any age. It is so Interesting and Action packed that it keeps your Attention very well. The Character Details are amazing, And Honestly after Time you begin to Feel like you know them as real people with real Emotions, Individual Traits and Unique Personalities. Although I've only started this Book I can tellnit will be great reading. I picked it up just to look at the beginning and couldn't put it down for over 50 Pages. Even if you think the Witch/Wizard type story isn't for you, You should give it a chance. I NEVER Read Books like this before and now I'm HOOkED to this Series, Just give it a Chance if you like James Patterson I think you'll be Pleased.

Another good book by Patterson!
My husband and I were spending a month visiting our grandsons this summer, and they owned the first three books in this "Witch & Wizard" series. One grandson needs a little encouragement to read and earn AR credits in school, so we challenged him to read these books with us... and then I purchased the 4th. Must admit, I was getting a little tired of the series, but our grandson finished all four before we did :-). I thought a few scenes were a little advanced for an 11 year old, but overall, they were good stories that kept his attention. These books have very short chapters, so kids read much easier and tend to keep going!

Great book for all
I love how the story didn't fly off in different directions in each of the books in the series. I wish he would have gone more in-depth with how they were weeken, not just physically but also emotionally when their powers were taken from them.

people aren't always who they seem to be
Young Wisty is in love for the first time. Her brother and others don't like this new love of hers but they can't exactly say why so she thinks they are jealous. She should have listened, but when do folks falling in love ever listen? At the same time their new government is beginning to look suspiciously like their old one. Those with power are being forced to register and magic is being banned. People with powers are being rounded up and sent to camps. Children are disapearing. There's talk of war with the mountain king when the water starts drying up. This was an especially enjoyable read for me. I love the characters and the story lines. James Patterson is an exceptional writer in his ability to draw the reader into the world he creates. I found myself rooting for the heros and heroines and even feeling sympathy for some of the villains. My only complaint is that the book didn;t last long enough. More! More!

Part of a series, but not as exciting
Since this was part of a series, I assumed this would be as good as the others, the pacing was a little slower than the other books, and he really portrayed the female character poorly this time. Wisty is a lot stronger, based on the previous books, and it was sad to see him let her fall into the cliched scenario of falling for a guy. Please, give the girl some credit, she is not and hadn't been in the past that stupid.

fun to read

An enjoyable read but compared to the previous 'witch and wizard' books, I was quite disappointed. "Kiss" was not as good as the other books, I felt like Patterson ran out of things to write about so for the last book he just made a new story, virtually unrelated to the previous books

This final book was a great way to end the series. Anyone who likes fantasy stories like Harry Potter would enjoy this series.

A compelling story of first love, jealousy and deception. The Allgoods find that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. It is as important to win the peace as it is to win the war.
