arrived on time , well packaged , delivery men helpful and pleasant , arrived without any damage , looks great in the room , like the colors , assembled in no time , quite comfortable but seat cushions are not very firm or sturdy so we put some sofa savers underneath them and are a bit better now , for the price i would say it's value for money , nice doing buisness with the seller , keeps you updated about delivery times, and eventual time slots

Packaged really well and covered really well delivered today delivery men went above and beyond to get my sofa in and polite and fits lovely and well worth the money. Comfy to sit on and was all assembled and looks sturdy enough and is how it was shown in pictures

Really good sofas . Very cheap for a 3 and 2 seater. Very comfortable. Really happy with them. Good size. Color was spot on and looks amazing.

Extremely poor quality. Not made well at all. Sofa arrived torn, staples coming out making them a risk to pets and children. The team did take it away and exchange but only if I removed my 1 star rating. I did.The second sofa arrived and was opened by the delivery guy who was very pleasant and hard working, he opened it to find splits under both sofas. The delivery guy took photos and called his boss. He said someone will call you and he left.Left it a good week no one called. Tried messaging, calling, texting the phone number-nothing.I text again to say please call me to which the person text back later? I thought great.The boss called me when I answered he said what now? he continued to be very aggressive. I was told that these are defected sofas and so what.I have asked for collection and return with a full refund. I'm still waiting, the boss has said that I can return there defected goods to them. I disagree, I wanted to buy a lovely sofa as described on Amazon. Basically I bought the sofa in September and I'm still waiting for this to be collected and wish to have a full refund. Amazon are dealing with this.

It was delivered the next day, it should have been delivered Tuesday to Thursday the following week. No communication to let me know either. This was inconvenient as I’m not young. They couldn’t bring it in my house as I had to get the old one out first, help was planned for Monday. Doing by my self was really hard.I am pleased with the sofas they look nice, firm cushions, well packed. Yes a little low but I had checked the height and ordered taller legs, they’re coming Monday.Great value for money.

Really pleased with the sofa set its very comfy and modern. Nice and big as seen in the photos advertised Delivery was very prompt and excellent delivery drivers so helpful , despite having to struggle to get it in my flat .Loads of cushions too !!!
