Works for Wacom Cintiq 22HD (DTK-2200)
Worked as a replacement for the OEM power adapter (which isn't available from Wacom or anywhere else). Time will tell if this will last. 4-pin pinout is too 2 pins +, bottom 2 pins -.

Product was a perfect fit for what I was trying to power.

Didn't work with my Synology DS420+
The title and specs would suggest it's for use with a Synology DS420+. It flat out did not work with mine. I wound up getting an OEM part directly from Synology - which Did work - for not quite 2.5x the price.
