So nice I bought it twice: 2019 and 2026
Two Reviews 2019 and 2026: 2026 Update: Second purchase. After 7 years my Artech keyboard started to show some wear. The number keys ; 2-6-7 were coming loose. I loved this keyboard so much I bought a second set, exactly the same. I use this keyboard and mouse daily, a lot. Not only for 8 social networks but also for writing fiction. I love this keyboard because it fits on my laptop pillow, I type while reclining. I love that it's wireless. I don't miss the number keys on the side that most keyboards have. I'm a writer, not an accountant. 2019 Review: that didn't get posted because it didn't have a title: ARTECK HW086MW162 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combo, still charging that's why there are cables. Pen in the photo for size reference, along with the box it came in. Unboxing was “frustration free” as advertised. I recycled my Logitech cord that connected to my desktop and inserted the USB receiver in it, and it worked. I plugged in the Micro USB charging cable to the keyboard and mouse. Only one Micro USB charging cable came with the combo so I used an extra Android Micro USB charging cable to charge both at the same time. I was able to use the keyboard and mouse in a few moments. My computer automatically updated the files needed in a few minutes. All in all the unboxing and set up was quick and effortless. Now I am going to explore the keyboard. This keyboard has no number side keyboard that makes it smaller. It has a blue function key to access page up, page down, home, and end, on the lower right where the left, right, up, down keys are. Along the top with the F keys are blue function commands: Escape has “Media” – when pressed opened Wave Pad, a NCH program I have installed. F1 has an >/||, which did nothing when pressed F2 has |<<, which did nothing when pressed F3 has >>|, which did nothing when pressed F4 has a speaker symbol )x, That mutes sound F5 has a speaker symbol - which lowers volume F6 has a speaker symbol + which increases volume F7 has a symbol for home, which opens a new browser tab F8 has a symbol of a magnifying glass that opens a search side window and uses Bing for search, when I clicked on one of the search results it opened a new Chrome tab. I had Chrome already opened. F9 has a symbol for a folder, which did nothing when pressed F10 has a symbol for power which turned off my computer. Since I had programs opened my computer asked for permission so I canceled. F11 has “insert” on it which is pretty self explanatory F 12 has “PrtSc” for print screen The action on the keyboard is nice and a lot quieter than the Logitech keyboard I am replacing. The mouse action is good and also quiet. For less than $23 this is a good keyboard and mouse. I never used the number keys on the side of my Logitech keyboard, which needed batteries, as did the mouse that came with it. The mouse had begun to do double clicks when I clicked once and the keyboard “enter” would stay down. That's why I replaced them for this Arteck Keyboard and Mouse combo. To be able to stop buying and replacing batteries and the small space it takes up, along with it is quiet, makes my money well spent.

Small, good build quality, good connectivity.
I just received it and am using it to type this review. Before this, I've been using the wireless logitech full sized keyboard, but decided to buy this because I needed more space on my desk. First Impressions: Good buy! The receiver for the keyboard and mouse plugs and just works. No hassle at all. I don't know if it will be the case for everyone else, but I didn't need to charge/plug it in straight from the box. We'll see how long it lasts. The keys aren't all that silent, but it doesn't bother me since I'm used to that anyway. They're good keys, if you're not used to something hellishly expensive. If you're expecting the keys to be as quiet as, say the ones on the Macbook Pro (2015)—that's not what you'll be getting. Another thing I noticed was that the Windows shortcut (alt+0151) for the em dash just doesn't work. Ctrl+alt+delete DOES work, I should mention while I'm on this topic. I'm not too sure what else does and doesn't work aside from that since I don't really use shortcuts. It's not a deal breaker for me, but I thought I should mention it. There's no lag or out of control keys. It types as fast as I do, stops when I do, and generally works great. The mouse...hmm. Well, I'll say it feels nice and is of good build quality for the price point. It doesn't feel all that plastic-y and too light like some other mice I've tried. I like the way it feels and I like how quiet it is and I like how easily the wheel in the middle scrolls. Though I did right-click things by accident a few times, that was because it was more sensitive than I was used to and I adjusted pretty quickly. That being said, I've put it away in favor of another mouse I already own. The shape is just too flat for my wrist to be comfortable. Since I am on the computer for long periods of time, that matters a lot to me. It is a nicely built mouse—just not for me. I do a lot of creative work, so I opened Photoshop to check the basic shortcuts. The shortcuts for brushes, pen, eraser, type, and all the other tools work fine. Resizing brushes via the bracket keys works! Ctrl+Z works fine. Ctrl+Shift+N works fine. Ctrl+F, which I've chained to flipping the canvas horizontally, also works fine. Ctrl+Shift+S also works great! Haven't checked for more than that, but I suspect it'll also work just fine. Don't know how it works with other programs/apps, but I'm pretty happy since this is all I need and all I checked for. What else? I like the size and look of the keyboard. It's even more compact than I expected, which is good, but also big enough that my fingers are NOT accidentally hitting the wrong keys. I also like the stainless back of the keyboard—makes it feel more solid and heavier than a pure plastic keyboard while also still being very light. I'm picky about how my stuff feels, so this was one of the deciding factors for me in getting this keyboard, along with the good connectivity/working reviews.

Reliable & Simple Setup for Everyday Use
After regular use, the Arteck 2.4G Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo has proven to be a solid everyday option. It’s designed to be simple and functional, and that’s exactly how it performs. Typing feels smooth, and consistent. The keyboard is lightweight, quiet, and the design is slim profile that doesn’t take up much space on the desk, and it fits in my laptop bag. The mouse tracks accurately without any noticeable delays. The wireless connection has been stable, with no interruptions during use. The rechargeable feature makes it more convenient compared to battery-powered setups, and the included USB receiver works instantly once plugged in. Overall, it’s a practical and reliable combo that focuses on doing the basics well.

Great with some room for improvment on durability
Great product! But I have had issues with the product after 1-2 years, so it wont last super long.

Reliable, small, inexpensive with long lasting rechargeable batteries.
These just work well, are small, inexpensive, and rechargeable batteries last a long time. I have lots of NUC computers and about 6 of these keyboards/mice on them. I do have to label them so I know which PC they connect to.

Great Deal, And Not Just "For The Price"!
For what it's worth, I've used it for about a few weeks so far, so some of this might be "ooo, shiny new toy!". Also, I am someone who has primary used a full-sized keyboard or laptops with a numberpad, I'll try to avoid my (full time?) transitioning to something in the 75%-ish range as inherit pros or cons. TL;DR: This thing just works. Go for it. The individual key's surface area is about the same as my 9000-year-old Compact keyboard that I've been using while researching for what's next. I also like that the backspace/return/shift/caps lock/tab keys are about their normal size, too. Sometimes smaller keyboards squish them and I find that to be a more difficult adjustment period. This one will take a little getting used to with the arrow keys being where they are, but I do not foresee that as a problem. Certainly not an issue to anyone used to less-that-100% size keyboards! I have always preferred the lower key travel for typing (like most laptop keyboards) and this certainly checks that box. It's not the quietest keyboard, but I cannot imagine anyone would consider it obtrusive either. Since the entire device is so low, it doesn't seem you'd need much if any of a wrist rest if that's your style. Things to note (not personally deal-breakers): - The caps lock light doesn't light up until you hit a key after hitting caps lock. Similarly, it doesn't turn off until you hit a key after hitting caps lock again. May cause confusion as to whether or not caps lock is engaged, but you get used to it. - The switches are a little squeaky. Nothing egregious to my ears, but may be for some. - If you're an especially fast typer, you may notice some misses. At around the 50-60wpm range, you won't notice during normal typing. Quick, repetitive typing may find some. The mouse isn't anything special. It's not my preferred shape or style (I prefer a thumb-operated trackball, I know, eww), but the keeb-mouse combo was about $2 more that just the keyboard, so why not. My only gripe about it is you can accidentally left- or right-click from all the way back to the logo. You have to be be pretty heavy-handed to do so, but it is possible. Things to note (not deal-breakers): - Rubber in wheel can get caught in the button if depressed while scrolling (it's happens maybe 4 times total in the past few weeks). - No forward/back buttons for browsing. Honestly, I'd have to dig deep for a con right now. The mouse click thing is minor given most won't manhandle the mouse badly enough for it to be a nagging issue. The very short charging cable (2.5') would probably be the biggest thing. However, it's just a micro-USB, so most people likely have a longer one lying around. Even if you had to buy one, it's still a very cost-effective option. So far this thing has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The incredibly low price makes this a fantastic deal. Even if you needed to buy a longer charging cable, this combo is still at least half the price of others for the same functionality. I'll update the review after a few months in durability and battery life, but I'm excited for what this has to offer! Update: I have had to recharge the mouse once in the past 9 months (it will probably be due soon, it was around 5 months last time) and the keyboard was just recharged for the first time yesterday. Both have lightly traveled (maybe 3 times) since I've have them just thrown into a laptop bag or backpack. They work the same as they did the first day, and even the speaking is a little less pronounced. I would still highly recommend, given the above points don't bother you!

Good set of technology, satisfied
I broke a key on my laptop and needed a replacement keyboard, as well as a mouse (since it's really inconvenient to reach over a keyboard to use the touchpad on my laptop). I have my laptop propped up on a stand and the entire setup just works beautifully. Pros: - The mouse and keyboard connected right away through a single USB. - I don't think the keyboard was charged all the way when it came, so it ran out after a few days but it was really simple to charge and it's working great. - the keyboard is slightly smaller than what I'm used to, but I adjust quickly :) I love how the enter and backspace keys are well sized, and how there's no number pad hanging along on the right. - keyboard shortcuts work for me, including copy/paste/cut as well as the keyboard shortcuts for changing language input. - The sound of the keyboard is clickier than I was anticipating (definitely not what I would call quiet), but it's not disruptive and I've gotten used to it. - It's very thin and light! I crocheted a sleeve for it so that I can transport it without worrying about dropping it. Considerations: - I have to click the mouse once to wake it from sleep before I can use it. - Like some people suggested in other reviews, I went and toggled my computer for mouse speed / scrolling speed so it's at a level that I'm satisfied with. - the mouse looks very modern and is ergonomic, feeling great under the hand! If something happens to this product I will come back here to let y'all know, but I am very satisfied thus far :) EDIT: I just charged the mouse for the first time since when I bought it in June! That's a very very long battery life like other reviews told me and I'm quite pleased with it!

Great Compact Keyboard and Mouse
I have a second computer on my desk that runs my project management software, timekeeping and a few other things. I didn't want the hassle of a switch, waiting for it to toggle back and forth with my main computer, so needed a smaller keyboard that didn't take up so much space on the desk. This fits the bill perfectly. I don't use it all day so I can't comment on using it like that. As you can see from the photo the keypad is the same size as my main keyboard, just without the extra keys, so I imagine it would be fine. I have only needed to charge each of them once in the four months I have had it. I'm not using it all the time so this would influence that. Pros: - I plugged the USB dongle into my computer and it just worked, no further setup was required (Win10). - The keyboard and mouse have a solid feel and are responsive. - The keyboard has enough weight to keep it in place on the desk without being heavy. - The mouse has a storage compartment for the USB dongle if you are traveling. - You can use it while it's charging. - Clicking the mouse immediately wakes it up from the battery saving sleep mode. Cons: (Not deal breakers just things I would like to see. Note to manufacturer :) ) - No charge light on either the Keyboard or mouse so you can see when it needs charging and when they are fully charged. They just stop working so I plug them in and keep going. - Would like to see feet on the keyboard to increase the angle a little. Overall I love this combo and would recommend it.

Great Value
I use this on my desk top and love the keyboard size . It leaves me more room to maneuver on my small desk . Never used the far right side of the keyboard anyway. keys are regular size and spaced , also a bit concave and are very responsive . They are also more quiet than the hard plastic keyboards and I would compare it to the keyboard on a laptop . The mouse is very responsive to the touch , so that will take some time to get used to , love the ability to set the DPI . Ergonomically the shape is similar to my old one and is satisfactory for me . I saw some reviews that were not too positive in that regard , but I think it will improve as you get used to it. Battery life cannot be rated , as I have not had it long enough , but will recommend you charge both before you use it , as they are not at full charge when you receive them . Over all , it is a good deal for the price and have not been disappointed so far .

I like it!
Its been more than 2 months now. I wanted to use it and give the review. I like the mouse very much from day one. Keyboard initially I felt hard when moving from laptop keyboard to this one. But then after using 2 months I used to this very much. I charged the first day for keyboard, still its running. Mouse one charge will lasted for 2 months for me. Overall I like the product.

Best keyboard + mouse combo in the market
I love this keyboard, light and portable. High quality materials, build quality is great. Slightly raised edge. Mouse is very quiet, works accurately, highly recommended. Moreover Arteck provide one of the best product warranty in the market, what else can you ask for such a bargain?

Issues with Warranty Claim – No proper support from Seller or Amazon
I purchased the Arteck 2.4G Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo from Amazon on October 25, 2023. The product initially met my needs, however, after several months of use, I began to experience major issues with the keyboard. Some keys completely stopped responding, while others began to continuously register as being pressed, which caused unwanted characters to appear on the screen severely impacting my daily productivity. Since the product is still within the 2-year warranty period, I submitted a warranty claim. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from the company regarding my claim, which has been incredibly frustrating. While the design and initial performance were satisfactory, the lack of reliability and the company's failure to respond to my warranty claim have left me highly disappointed. At this point, I am still waiting for a resolution, whether that’s a replacement or repair, but I have received no support so far. Given the current lack of customer service and the ongoing issues with the product, I cannot recommend this combo. I hope the seller takes immediate action to resolve this situation, as I’m unable to use the keyboard and feel stuck with an unresponsive company. Update: Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted Amazon customer service for assistance. Initially, the executive assured me that the return process was underway. However, after several follow-ups, I received no clear communication or updates. Instead, I was redirected to the seller, GlobalDelivered, who then instructed me to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, completely washing their hands of the responsibility—despite me already providing proof of my unanswered warranty claim. In an effort to resolve the situation, I contacted Amazon customer service again. However, I was transferred across five different executives, each citing technical difficulties and offering no resolution. After retelling my issue five times without any progress, I became completely exhausted and frustrated. Upon reviewing other customer feedback, I noticed a concerning trend: other customers in India are facing similar issues, with no response on product malfunctions and warranty, while customers in the US and Canada seem to have had their warranty claims successfully processed. This inconsistency in customer service is baffling, and I’m unsure why this pattern is occurring. As of now, I am still left with a faulty product and no support from the seller, the manufacturer, or Amazon. I continue to wait for a resolution, but my frustration is growing. I strongly urge Amazon to address this issue promptly and provide a clear, timely solution to prevent other customers also from facing the same frustrating experience.

Good product but within 4 months of using it Keyboard had problems
Its a very nice product. I enjoyed using it for the past 4 months. But after using it for less then 4 months the keyboard started giving problems. When I type E it types ER, similarly for S it types SD, C it types CV so I am unable to use it. Now in this lockdown I am held up. I have raised a request to Amazon for replacement or refund. I hope to get a replacement or refund. If I get replacement then I will change the rating from 2 stars to more after using the new keyboard for more then 5 months otherwise it remains the same. But if I don't get a replacement and get a full refund then I will not be able to change the ratings. But if I don't get either then Cart2India and Amazon will have to face severe consequecies for it as my product has 24 months guarantee/warranty for the product. I am sure this will not happen and Amazon will not disappoint me.
