Does this come with both plastic AND cork lids?

They have changed the product since I purchased it, when I purchased it was just plastic lids and the glass jars

What kind of glass is this made with? (yes, there are different types of glass. answering "i don't know" is not useful. thanks!)

This would be a manufacturing question! If you need something more specific than "clear", ask the manufacturer.

Where are products made?

Somewhere in China, box had Mandarin writing on side.
