This was recommended by a new friend from New Zealand. I topped it with mandarin oranges.Bring a magnifying glass for the instructions and be prepared for sugar shock. This is VERY sweet as it is made mostly of sugar.

my goodness. whipped up like a dream. I didnt have castor sugar but I used the cap to measure powdered sugar and came out perfect. the directions inside the container called for the lid to measure the sugar but on the outside of the container said to measure 130g of castor sugar. I used the lid method as the 130g of powdered sugar seemed like a lot. it came out perfectly sweet and fluffy. as a comparison I also bought another american brand of meringue that's supposedly "marvelous" nope. it's not. save yourself and buy this. its amazing.

I had problems with a “from scratch “ recipe because of humidity . With this , i added a pinch of salt & 1 tsp. Vanilla . When it was baked & cooled , topped with fresh whipped cream ( I pint heavy whipping cream , 3 Tbl powdered sugar , pinch salt , 1 tsp . Vanilla ) & fresh strawberries & blueberries . It was great . But won’t be purchasing a lot . I wish it was more affordable .
