Poor mechanism quality.....seiko is no longer great
The second hand does not line up with all the Marks (60 seconds).....very disappointed since this is the only seiko I own that does not line up with all 60 hash marks.........only some of them......but it is consistent as to which hash Mark's it lines up with and which one it does not. A true Japanese factory would have thrown out this defective mechanism and not let it leave the factory. Even my really cheap nature park watch lines up perfectly. Very disappointed with seiko.
