It does not really indicate how much to use. I would use 1 or 2 scoop provided. Warm up the water and put 1 or 2 scoop and mix it. It’s a bit bitter. You can add a bit of honey if you like. I don’t add honey I just drink it straight , tea bitter. Hopes this helps.
