Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium 3.0 - 3 PCs / 1 Year

Seems to be working but every day a window pops up telling me some freture is not working. When I click to turn on the feature it won't come on.

Super product. I have McAfee installed and that was just not good enough. This product installed easily and within 30 minutes of scanning, had removed over 300 malicious programs. Trying to remove it by hand through the registry is a waste of time. They just keep coming back. Will definitely be renewing it when it expires.

Basically, the CD and files i purchased were created in 2015... at least that's what 'disk info' says. So, it's kinda doubtful the product on the disk is current to 2017. BUT, that doesn't matter because you likely won't be able to install it. Instead you'll get a "Run-Time error: '13'" Disappointing BUT, the seller of the CD says to go to the Malwarebytes support site for help. There, if you are lucky enough to find a mention of the same 'run-time' error, it may tell you to adjust your computer's clock and language prefs... (aw hell no) that seems to indicate that it is having some language and/or format issues with the install. I really don't know if the suggested fix will work but... (aw hell no) Don't despair. You did purchase a working product ID and serial number so download the demo directly from Malwarebytes and activate it with the provided CD serial. All better now. Despite the work-round I'm giving the purchased CD 4 stars, since I did not need to go through the silliness of purchasing the product through CLEVERBRIDGE, malwarebytes 3rd party online billing company. They had me setup an automatic yearly payment to use the product. Unfortunately, CLEVERBRIDGE double billed me for two years for the use of one copy of Malwarebytes... kinda annoying, kinda malware.

I purchased this product several years ago, so it may not be so very relevant now, but I removed this product after one-year and never renewed it. It was given to false alarms and had a penchant for blocking perfectly normal programs. I'd go to reddit for more recent reviews, but I wasn't happy with it.

Be aware if you purchase the 3 PC license version, as soon as you activate the first license the clock starts ticking on the other two. So unless you have 3 PCs that you want to install, only get the 1 PC license. The Malwarebytes application itself is great. The way they do licensing? Not so much.

After my mother clicked on something she shouldn't have and unleashed the bugs, I had her run Malwarebytes (free) on her PC. She couldn't do anything with her computer without a pop-up coming up for something she didn't want or her mouse intermittently becoming unresponsive prior to running that scan and cleaning out the malware files. That free program picked up 645 issues, but I felt like she needed something more so I bought this Premium version. This version works quietly in the background and can be installed on up to 3 PCs with a 1 year subscription. Setting the schedule to automatically update the program is something that is done when the product is installed. I suggest going into Settings, then Automated Scheduling to Edit the automatically set times. For me those were set to times when I've powered down my PC. I would also suggest adjusting for two scans a day (6 hours apart) versus one a day. The scans don't tax the PC's resources so they should run quietly int he background. I like that this program adds an effective layer of protection to my PC. It's user-friendly and works as expected. Along with an antivirus program, it offers great security and peace of mind. Highly recommend it!

I was about 6 months into my one year subscription bought here on Amazon (thru Rocket) when my PC crashed and I had to reload all of my programs. I found that my Malwarebytes lic key wouldn't work! When I contacted MWB to find out why, I got the following msg: "Unfortunately, Rocket Computer is not an authorized reseller of our products. There have been many reports of fraudulent keys sold on that site. Malwarebytes legal team has been trying to stop these sales from this site for some time now, most of these licenses are not legitimate licenses. The reason the license will no longer activate is that it is not in our database as a key we created and thus will no longer work. Please contact them for a refund or file a complaint against them with your credit card carrier to get a refund." Well this order is so old that it doesn't even come up as refundable from Amazon. Here I am, out of the money that I paid with no recourse! I did nothing wrong, I just bought a product on Amazon! I can't figure out who I am more MAD AT; this vendor who is obviously doing sketchy stuff or Malwarebytes. I've decided to never use Malwarebytes again-what a P.O.S. company to do this to innocent people! I have also been using Webroot which is a good company and now I will either only use Webroot or I will look for another company to supplement the Webroot AV program.

Pros - catches almost every problem. Cons - occasionally crashes on attempted installation of updates but tech support is pretty good at solving problems. Do NOT use "Patch My PC" to update - let mwb update itself.

Arrived on time. I love this software, I used the free version for a very long time but it is worth it for the 24 hour protection with premium. I definitely recommend this product to anyone and everyone.
