I felt like I got my money's worth. A thick book with people's stories.

I love all the stories and the Experience Strength and Hope shared in them too. Just what a compulsive overeater needs

Full of wonderful, hopeful, uplifting stories of food addiction...gives vision and hope to compulsive over-eaters. The stories, even tho they are from the 70's and 80's...are applicable today...but I would love to see a new Lifeline Sampler published.

the book was a little older than I thought it would be, but it's the contents that are important not the cover.

Great layout with lots of personal stories that are relatable.

Highly recommend this treasure for any program person seeking recovery! The stories are touching and motivational! This book is a must for your library!
