Letters Looked a little bigger than I thought but that ok. The patch size was exactly what I needed to cover a previous sewn name. I chose sew on and it was easy to hand sew on my jacket and doesn’t look different than the sewing type of the original name on jacket. The price was reasonable and it arrived within the time frame that I expected. It’s of Military quality made by a military company. Would definitely recommend and I would purchase from them again

I wanted a patch of my name and this came out perfect! The size, lettering and spacing were exactly how I ordered it. It feels very high quality.

I wanted a badge or something that had my call sign on it and have been researching sellers on Amazon that do custom patches and landed on this one. I completed my order and when I got it I was happy with how it looked, how it felt, and most importantly it was correct. The stitching was good and clean. Now that I have 1, I will probably look for a seller that allows for 2-3 lines of text. Happy with this purchase and would recommend to others that want a simple patch.

Giving four stars instead of three because I'm not too picky, but the issue I take with this seller is that I chose what appeared in the preview window to be gold, dark, not a bright yellow. In fact, bright yellow -was- an option, an option I did not like. However I received it with yellow instead of my choice of gold. Perhaps this is an "image versus physical representation quality" problem, and albeit as annoying I find it, I can deal with it given this is a custom patch saying the exact text I'd wanted and it's not like it came in a completely different color gradient, so I'm not too upset. My biggest issue is no information anywhere other than prior customer reviews indicate whether or not it will actually adhere when you take an iron to it. That's a big problem. I've done this several times with other patches so this isn't a first time user error. I even dampened the adhesive a bit with water like I've done with other questionable patches and what do you know, reviewers before me seem to be on the money. The patch -immediately- fell off once cooled, leaving fabric glue residue on my shirt and none on the actual patch. If it was intended to be sewn, as I'm doing now, or instructions indicated the purchaser must obtain their own fabric glue to adhere with an iron-- none of this was clear, and I absolutely doubt those were the intentions given the patch does come with at least a thin enough layer of adhesive to begin with. Not confusing. Just Irritating. I love the idea of custom items, but now I'm looking elsewhere until I can be certain this seller improves beforehand-information and item quality. You'd get three stars if I were lazy and incompetent enough to refuse to do the job myself but I realize I received what I'd paid for and I'm willing to do the work to achieve my desired end result. Others clearly differ, and I don't blame them. Take my advice though-- leap forward into quality control.

I had a teddy bear made for my granddaughter using my father, her great grandfather's t-shirt. It started to wear in places due to her sleeping with it and well, her dog occasionally getting ahold of it. I ordered a name patch to cover a good size hole. It was thicker than expected but will hold up very well. It is so thick we had to hot glue it on instead of sewing, which was the original plan. But so far so good! Now Pop Pop is as good as new.

Well worth the money! Super fast shipping. The colors, size and font on the sew on patch are exactly as they said they would be. One of the best things I have purchased on Amazon in a while. I will definitely be back!
