Perfect for quick desktop notes. Sticks well + peels up easy & CLEAN, no sticky adhesive gunk.
I did a lot of research looking for a whiteboard-type overlay for my desk & am glad I chose this. I bought the large 11" by 11" square to put on my desktop. The adhesion is awesome, and it peels right up if you need to move it & re-stick. NO STICKY GUNK which I love - was concerned about something sticky on my new wooden desktop, but wanted something THIN & FLAT (unlike glass or a hard white board) & something that would not scratch the surface of softer wood. It's very soft - if you bump into it with your mouse hand, no harm no foul. I even use it as a mousepad when I don't have anything written on it.THEIR WET ERASE PENS/MARKERS: I bought the mcSquares wet erase markers as well. They are great, I can place books or notebooks on top of the sticky and my notes are still there when I remove the books (YOU MUST LET MARKINGS DRY FIRST, about 30 seconds to a minute before rubbing it or sitting things on top - else it will smear). When you erase, it looks messy at first, especially if you're erasing a lot of notes. I use a paper towel or a couple tissues & a tiny spray bottle containing a water and rubbing alcohol mixture. It smears around on the first wipe, but comes off completely with a few wipes. Spray > Wipe > Re-Wipe with a clean dry tissue.. this usually does the trick. You can also use regular dry-erase markers/pens the same way you would use them on a whiteboard, but I like their wet-erase pens due to my use on the desktop (no smearing once dry).DRY ERASE PENS/MARKERS: My dry erase markers (different brand) work on the mcSquares stickies just like they work on a standard whiteboard. Probably the better choice if you're writing/erasing a lot, and you don't care if your notes wipe off on your sleeve. Dry erase would also work great if your sticky is somewhere like the fridge.Overall, I LOVE their products and will be a repeat customer. I gave one of the 11"x11" squares from the 2-pack to my mother to use on her desktop at work & she loves it too. She uses it as a notepad for incoming phone calls - quick notes & phone numbers, etc. These things are awesome & versatile!

Seems to be a good product so far
We've only had them a week. We are using them for our son's daily chores/homework check-off board. We needed something to write daily activities that wouldn't easily wipe away (we've created a weekly chart) but allowed us to check the items off and be able to erase the checks. We are using wet erase markers for the written chores and dry erase markers for the checks. So far it seems to be working well. No ghosting. No smearing (after you allow the wet erase to dry a bit). I don't know if there will be ghosting for the wet erase after several months (we don't change the chores much) but the dry erase left no trace after three days. It is tricky trying to get a good flat, smooth adherence to the window or refrigerator since you can't place it and push out bubbles or your written words will disappear. I supposed if you placed it and then wrote on it you wouldn't need to worry, but our chart was too much writing for that. I found if I pull the two sides to curve the middle out and place the middle on the window and then "roll" the two sides down, it helps eliminate bubbling so I don't have to rub across the written facing. Pretty happy with it as long as it lasts for a long time at this price point.

Can White Boards change your life? The answer is YES!
The mcSquares 11x11 Dry-Erase White Board Sheets were a wonderful surprise for me. As someone who has owned MANY whiteboards (and utilized even more), I have lots of knowledge about some of the frustrating aspects of using whiteboards. McSquares has solved most of those frustrations in a simple, well-made, easy-to-use solution! When I first purchased the mcSquares White Board Sheets, I had envisioned a number of places and uses for them... But it wasn't until they arrived that the fun (and creativity) kicked-in for me. I realized there were hundreds of possibilities and ways to use these boards.I have to admit that the price-point was a factor for me. I wasn't sure if I could possibly get that kind of value out of them, but once I began using them and finding all of the ways they could be used, and places I would benefit from them, they were worth it:Yes... these are worth Every. Single. Penny.I cannot recommend them enough, for ANYONE who finds themselves using white-boards, sticky-notes, random scraps of paper, notebooks, computer reminders, etc.Seriously — I feel like I've been set free in my own home!

Great product, but maybe a little pricey.
Initial thoughts, I am very happy with this product. I wanted something I could not only use on my fridge or somewhere magnetic, but also that I could stick to a desktop, window, or wall. It adheres very well to all of these surface and I've had no problems using and cleaning off the various types of whiteboard markers (wet and dry erase as well as their tackie brand). The tackie marker does smudge and wipe off more easily than I thought it would from what I read, but I'm not overly worried about that since I have wet erase markers to use with it.My only complaint would be the high price. Is it worth it? Maybe for the adhesion technology if it holds up as it says it will. I would like to see the price on these come down, though. They are somewhat expensive compared to a regular whiteboard and the value for the money has yet to be proven. I would pay more for these than a whiteboard because of the versatility of where I can place it in my home, but I would like to see the price be more comparable to even if still higher than normal whiteboards.

Amazing Product
So I love this product because I'm able to stick it on the wall right next to my desk and the paint didn't peel when I tried to move it elsewhere. I tried a few places like my window and a mirror and no residue left while removing either. I did notice that the marker takes some extra strength to wipe off. The product itself is amazing but I do think it is over priced. Shouldn't be more than $12 at best. No complaints otherwise
