While serving 5 years as coach of the Korean Armed Forces Special Taekwondo Team his troops went undefeated.

Song's Hapkido
You get to see Hapkido from another perspective. Talk about more than one way to skin a cat! Song's teachings at only the Yellow Belt level were chock full of techniques. I loved how the techniques were repeated over and over again. I especially liked how close-ups were incorporated in each technique. I was surprised that Grandmaster Song incorporated boxing into his Hapkido (which is a good thing to see in this age of reality-based fighting).

A good video . They go over each hold in great detail . Different camera angles and speeds , showing close ups of the hand positions and footwork . If you're trying to learn Hapkido from home , or just reviewing , these DVDs by Master Song are some of the best for the money in my opinion .
