Nice size. Sturdy. Easy to put together. Suited purpose well.

The air pump takes a while to fill especially for an outofshaper like myself. Filled the base with tap water. Purchased 6 months ago. No leaks from the base and no leaks from the bag after a twice a week stress reliever. Using simple MMA sparring gloves to protect hands and wrists. Be careful not to over fill the bag "before" inserting the base bar. I had to bust out the baby powder, even then I got lucky so follow the instructions lol that it comes with. Simple and effective if used and followed :o) Great product for a home gymAnd be careful if you fly punch it Newton's 3rd Law of motion seriously applies. I found this out the hard way too. Enjoy!!!

I have a problem in the balloon, there was a breach in the balloon, it is not good, too tired to repair and costly

I love this Strike bag. even though it sways quite a bit, i utilize the sway for my timing. This allows me to perform various types of punches and combos, as well as measure my power that i feel when i hit with solid blows.If you're gonna fill the base with sand wear a mask and be prepares for some time consuming work. The opening for the base may seem decent but the depth of the opening is about 2 inches deep and has 2 tubular like canals that allows the sand to travel to the bottom of the base.For good hits i recommend that you fill the bag with air up to 75% and wear gloves so you don't scrape your hands. This product is quite excellent. If you pay any attention to the item description in any way, you'll see that this bag is only for quick, low yield strikes for speed that will give you a cardio work out. Thats all it is for.That being said, it works perfectly for that purpose. You can even adjust your striking method to alternate your routines. Pay attention to that and use it right and you'll find this a great product too.For those who are giving it a low grade because its falling apart, i can only say that it is working perfect and has been very durable so far.

This strike bag was a gift to my nephew. His new found interest is boxing, and it was the only thing on his Christmas list with a star. It was delivered on time, and cheaper than the same everlast strike bag you would find in your local sports store. My nephew has practice everyday on the strike bag since Christmas and its still standing strong so I got a pretty good deal.

I bought this item so i could continue a good cardio kickbox workout whilst away, the product is OK with some flaws. The bag leaks slowly so you need to pump it up sometimes after a short session on the bag. The biggest problem though is the flexibility of the thing it is just too much, you cannot do a true cardio workout on the bag as you cant get any combinations together as its bouncing all over the place. Pay that little more for better products out there, this is one to avoid!!!!!!UPDATEI tried to utilise this product for my first full session tonight, this is an absolute useless piece of gear, the bag burst and the base split, all within 20 minutes of a not too hard workout, if I could give this minus stars it would so get them. Absolute rubbis item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's an inflatable punching bag. It's pretty cool and I guess it does its job but you can't punch it too hard or you'll hit the metal bar, I wouldn't recommend this if you want to improve your strength but I will recommend it if you want to improve your speed, lose weight, or just want to have fun. The instructions recommended 90 lbs of sand but just 50 lbs worked for me. The cover that goes over it when it is setup was too big for the inflated air chamber, which was kind of a turn off for me. I'll rate it 8.5 / 10.Update: I'm changing my view on it because although it was amazing at first, it broke down after the first week, the metal bar kept untwisting itself and once it's setup, it's almost impossible to take down without breaking something else. I now have a worthless punching bag that gave me a week of exercise for almost $100 when I could have gone to a gym for cheaper.Pros:- Fun to punch- Improve speed- Not hard to setup- Cheap and delivers fastCons:- Putting sand in it takes too much time- Cover was too big for air chamber- can't punch it too hard or will hit the metal bar
