Functionally speaking, this tool does exactly what it says it can do within its intended purpose. You can't build a city with it, but you can maintain most of the smaller projects of your home with it.The screwdriver tips are magnetic which really helps when screwing things in.The sides of the screwdriver also have magnets so you can just put the screws there so you don't have to find them when you're ready to screw in another screw.The light is battery operated and the battery compartment can be a little awkward to get into, but otherwise it is a okay system. Don't expect construction flood light levels of brightness out of it.As for the different screwdriver bits/tips, they can be a little difficult to pull out of their compartment at times, and to pull out of the screwdriver itself when you want to change bits. I've found that using my shirt to get a better grip helps with pulling the bits out of either the compartment or the flip out screwdriver itself.The hammer also works as intended. Key word being "as intended". It isn't a sludge hammer.The only petty thing I can complain about is that the part that the tape measure scraps against, the finish there isn't very durable, so when letting the tape measure roll itself back up, expect a white streak to form where the tape measure scrapes against the Kelvin.That's the only major weak point of this tool is the cosmetic finish.Besides that, it serves its intended purpose as a all in one tool for those pesky IKEA projects around the house so you don't have to find all the necessary tools. You can just use this to cover your needs. Keep those expectations in check though! At the end of the day it is a personal tool for small work, not a city construction worker tool box.As long as you keep those expectations in check, it is a very useful tool. For its intended purpose, highly recommended!

Gift I liked it was boxed neatly and ready to wrap and give!

Okay, the product is just fine. Just as advertised. But the real deal is the service. I bought this as a gift for my wife (shut up, she loved it). And it's great, just great. But the belt case that came with it (that I didn't even know about) was ripped in transit or something. So I emailed them about maybe getting a replacement. They immediately responded and offered to replace it, but cautioned that a separate one would have to come all the way from China and that would take a while. So they asked if I wanted a complete replacement, or perhaps something in addition: a really, really nice tool bag (listed for over twenty bucks). I said I'd take the bag, and got it in two days. And it's great. Is this not wonderful customer service?Oh. But good luck figuring out how to change the battery for the light!

I gave this to all 3 men on my Christmas list. My son in law in particular loves it - he says normally he hates multi- tool gadgets because they are too flimsy, unworkable, and break right away, but that this one is quite heavy duty and he’s already used it several times. He was very impressed!

i am not the best person to ask. We bought these as for a gift for our grandsons. We have of yet not given these to our Grandsons. They will test them to the fullest I am sure. For what they were purchased for, I think they will be great. The look sturdy and strong enough for what they are meant to be used for. If you are planning to do heavy duty type of work, this is not the tool for you. If you are planning to use them on everyday type projects, they will meet the need. We bought only two to see what we thought of them. We are planning on buying 4 or 5 more. I will put one in my truck to have.

Good tool. Way bigger than I expected. "All of your essential tools can now fit in the palm of your hand" may be true if you're Andre the Giant but for a normal set of hands like mine, this thing stretches from the base of my palm up to the tip of my pinky. It's also pretty heavy as tools go, although making it lighter would mean weaker materials so I'll take that trade.Complaints about size/weight aside, it's apparently well built. It looks to be a plastic case over a metal subframe but I haven't taken it apart to find out and don't plan to. The top part holding the level is definitely just plastic and could break if you're rough with it. Best to leave it closed during rough work, obviously.I had to read the manual to figure out how to open the bit compartment but now that I know, it's easy. I still haven't figured out how to open the battery compartment but won't bother investigating since I'll have forgotten by the time the lithiums run out in a few years and will have to figure it out again then, anyway. All the other controls (flashlight, screwdriver release) are simple and actuated with obvious buttons.The magnetic screwdriver is extremely useful (as are all magnetic screwdrivers) and that's a great touch. I haven't had the opportunity to use it in the real world so I can't yet speak to its strength but it looks and feels quite strong. The flashlight isn't bright but will do the trick illuminating small dark work areas in many cases. The two meter (6 foot) tape measure is handy and retracts nicely without too much force which would risk injury. It doesn't have a locking mechanism that keeps it extended until you pull it a bit. You can hold it open with your thumb but if you let go, it's retracting. The hammer might be fine for putting tiny nails into drywall but I wouldn't try it for much more than that. The level will be useful for hanging pictures and not much else.The theme is the same over and over: this thing will do the job in many cases. Not in all cases, but that's not a reasonable expectation. If you need to frame a house, you'll need a better hammer and a better level, but if you're in a pinch and need a screwdriver or tape measure, this thing is a million times better than not having one. Overall I'm happy. It's a fair price for a well built tool, and it's hugely space efficient given the number of functions it can perform. I don't think I'd risk taking this through airport security in a carry on but it should be no problem in the checked-in bags.Wow, this ended up way longer than I expected. I'm getting wordy as I age.

My father in-law had given me this multi-tool for x-mas 3-4 years ago. It had been a very useful tool. Really liked it a lot! Unfortunately, my car got broken in and the tool was stolen. Bought this tool this week. Upon exploring the tool closely, I noticed the plastic cover doesn't even snap tightly. To my memory, the tool was well built, sturdy and the plastic cover snapped firmly. Now, it feels very cheap! What happen to the quality of this product?? Further more, I think the box was opened once. I noticed the re-taped box. There was also rust on one of the main body assembly allen key screw already. Scratchs near the light. Suppose to be new. Someone mentionned paper removable at the batteries. Mine had none. Maybe it's an isolated case. Kind of suspicious. However, for a first timer owner, it will be fine. It is a useful tool! Fast shipping!

I used my brothers all the time but he needed it back so I bought my own one. When the first one arrived it seems as if it had been open so I returned it and ordered a new one. I contacted the company to inquire about it and they were super helpful and responded very fast. There customer service is really amazing.I would %100 recommend this product to anyone, it makes an amazing gift. It is very useful, having the hammer and screw driver together with so many bits all in one place, it makes life so much easier. Having the tape measure and level also included are just an added bonus.

Je suis très déçu. Il manque de la peinture à plusieurs endroit. Il y a des picots noir et il est tout grafigné. Niveau look c’est complètement raté. La lumière est très faible. J’ai l’impression qu’il a déjà été utilisé. Je regrette beaucoup mon achat.
