Microsoft Surface Go Win 10 Professional JTS-00001-10 - Pentium Gold, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD (Renewed)

I am very happy with the Surface Go (8GB, 256GB). I already have a Surface Pro and I love it. I do a lot of creative writing and wanted to have a device small and light enough to carry in my purse and also when I travel. Surface Go is perfect for that! Overall it is a great device and I am very happy with the purchase.My device was refurbished. I was not sure what to expect, but I am very happy with the device I received. It arrived in the original packaging and wrapping, it didn't look like the item was open. Based on the software update dates, I don't think it was used. I had a question for the seller and I immediately got a response from them. Overall I am very happy with the device and the interaction with the seller and I would recommend buying from them. I have the device for a month now and so far no issues.

Great item, very similar in power and function to my full-size Surface Pro 4... Love Amazon's refurbished department!

First, I will tell you that the Surface Go is really awesome. I've only had it for a week now. Out of the box, it runs fast. It's the perfect size. It's light and, with the Surface Keyboard, you have a great cover and a fully-functional laptop. Really, it's that good. It's so good, in fact, that I've loaded almost all the software that I have on my Surface 5 and the Go has not slowed down a bit. I'm very happy with this and would recommend it.Another point, the Go runs Windows 10. I purchased the model running 10 Pro. This is a huge plus for a number of reasons. Among them is the access to storage. The Go I purchased comes with 128 Gigs of storage, which is more that enough to install and run all my Windows applications. It's not ever remotely enough space, however, for all of my document files.My solution was to purchase a 256 gig SD card. Now, I have plenty of storage, and I do not experience any slowdown in performance. Android tablets will NOT do this. Yes, they can story files. However, you don't have much control over that storage location. Until Android allows the SD storage to function as a virtual drive (like it used to do), that is going to be a deal killer for people like me that want/need lots of space for documents.Now, the "Buyer Beware" part of my review. This item is shown repeatedly by the seller attached to a keyboard and there is a pen pictured as well. This leads one to believe that are I was purchasing all 3 items. You are NOT! You are only purchasing the tablet. In very small print, virtually illegible on my cellphone, there is text in the photos that state that the keyboard and pen and not included in the price. This is clearly false and misleading advertising. I confronted the seller on this issue. There response was that the disclaimers were there.At the end of the day, the sad part it, that this seller is offering a great product at a very competitive price. Yet, they feel the need to make their deal look better than it actually is and they offer no apologies for doing so. Frankly, I wish that Amazon would police these activities more aggressively. I am a HUGE Amazon fan, because I trust in them supporting me as a purchaser of goods from their web site. In this instance, although I did not get "ripped-off", I am disappointed with Amazon and I am still very upset that this seller continues to advertise in a clearly deceptive manner.

I liked everything about this tablet. It satisfied all my needs for a tablet and synced with the bluetooth keyboard easily. Its being a renewed tablet was irrelevant, as it performed so well, and was cosmetically flawless; it was as if I had purchased a new Surface Go. I ended up returning it only b/c there is a particular app that can only be loaded and used on the iPad, which I purchased in place of the Surface Go, only for the software app. For what I do for a living, this app is an essential, must have app. Otherwise, I'd still have the Surface Go.

Works amazing and the screen qualities great but the screen is thin and brakes easier, on top of that no one wants to work on this computer most shops turn me away

A good value product however huge negative is the poor battery life. Not great at all for a being on the go device

So far so good, I have had it for about a week and everything is great. Will update in a month

Like a super tablet. Awesome for traveling while still providing access to all Microsoft programs.
