My old shasde was broken and this worked out perfect. It even looks better than the old shade.

Shade in beautiful. It may be a tad too short. Have not decided yet. My decorator will be here next week to decide. But, I will not return it to amazon. The shade was $29 and amazon wants to charge me $22.

Exactly what I needed! I had inherited a family lamp quite some years ago, and the original shade was starting to get holes in it. I had discovered there was more than one kind of lamp shade, and they came in all shapes, sizes, widths, diameters, heights, and slants. The first one I bought in a popular supercenter was too narrow and too long. So I went to Amazon, and after lots of measuring my old shade and reading specs, I found this one from Lamps Plus. It's perfect & I didn't even need the extra adjuster piece. Delivery was prompt.

It was a perfect fit for my silver 18" lamp(measuring from the bottom of the lamp to the top of the light bulb). The lamp shade is 10"high and 12"wide on the bottom. You cannot see the material in the picture but it is a linen -so you can see the threads more vividly than a tighter cotton material. It is a white shade but when light is turned on just a little beige or more bone color shows through - very light not dark at all like some shades. It is a lamp shade that you do need a finial to hold it in place. It did not include a harp but that was okay for me since I used a lamp shade bulb clip that had a finial which worked fine for a smaller lamp. Very attractive drum lamp shade.

Excellent quality and a pleasure to own. The linen looks good (not plastic), has a nice feel, and has worn well. After a few years it still looks fresh.

A big box that weighed nothing arrived and at first I thought it must be an error. When I opened the box however, I found my perfect lampshade, perfectly packed and ready to use. I got the lamp from a thrift store and this lampshade makes it look devine. It's going into a small girl's bedroom. Thank you!!

Good quality, great packaging, but not as white as I anticipated. Still, a great lampshade!

Purchased white shades in the past and they look brownish when the light is on, but this one as a nice clean white look when the light is on or off! Would recommend!
