I have an older digital camera that uses the SD card. When I wanted to transfer over my photos I was dismayed my computer did not have an SD card slot. I was not sure what to do. Found this product and I trust the Anker name.When I finally came back from vacation I used the converter and it worked great. The only issue I had was it seemed to be upside down and the Anker name was facing the ground rather on top. Definitely not a deal breaker just a weird choice

Obsessed with this little thing. I use a digital camera a lot and this is buy far one of the most used gadgets that I own. It is very portable and comes in handy a lot. I also like that is allows for both regular and micro SD. It works quickly and effectively and is made of sound material. Another win by Anker!

I purchased this usb adapter for micro sd card. All the oem adapters that came with the sd card did not work in my card reader. So I purchased this adapter and it worked flawlessly. What more can I ask.

It's small and portable works with both regular SD cards as well as micro sd cards. Only thing that worries me is it sticks out and may ruin the SD cards if you drop it.

Got it cuz my other sc card reader stopped working and I like it can't give it 5 stars cuz I feel like it could've have better quality to it plugged it into my tablet and the c insert part was wiggly and a bit hard to get in thought I was gonna break it not bad for the price tho and you can use the packaging as a case for it

I use this to copy pictures from my camera to my iPad or iPhone while I'm traveling. From there, I can edit them and get them on their way. This is perfect for that because it's fast and small.It takes less than 15 seconds to copy 100 6MB JPG files from an SD card to my device. This means that a day's worth of pictures are copied and ready to go in under a minute, which is fast enough for my needs.It's smaller than my pinky, so it doesn't take up much space. If you're looking for somewhere to keep it, it also fits nicely in an Altoids Smalls (0.37 oz) tin. I also like that it's a single, solid (mostly metal) piece without a dangling cord to get tangled or break.Finally, this reader interfaces seamlessly with the built-in Files app so I don't have to rely on any 3rd party software.

Compact and works as expected. No cable to worry about and works well out standard and micro SD cards.

I have been happily using one of these for nearly five months, without difficulty across multiple devices.I store it with a silicone cap over the plug. I agree with another reviewer who wished for a hole through which to put a ring for a lanyard, and I note that such a hole could be put on a heat-sinking tab; but other folk would not like the slight loss of compactness.
