RS232 Capable USB to Serial Adapter and basic power source
I used these to convert an old serial GPS to USB and it worked perfectly. The GPS required 9V to operate so I powered it via a small boost converter module directly from this board. The board negotiates 100mA from the USB port (I beleive) which is great. I drew 40mA no problems. A real benefit that there is a logic inverter on the board that can accommodate inverted RS232 signals as well as TTL. Great product.

Great for connection to microcontroller boards
I connect to a lot of microcontroller boards, all with differing voltages and pin outs. This one makes it easy to reconfigure. Works perfectly.

Fantastic product! Word of caution: there is no documentation
Superb device. Have used it a few times already in different scenarios and am very impressed with its capability. The only gripe is a lack of documentation - had to dig around on the internet for some form of pinout diagram.

appena arrivato in modalità USB TTL
appena arrivato in modalità USB TTL i driver scaricati dal sito, ha funzionato al primo colpo egreggiamente senza difficoltà, Peccato non mi abbia risolto il problema su un netBook ASUS, dove viene regolarmente riconosciuto e classificato, ma poi non mi permette di utilizzarlo, in pratica non comunica , e le usb funzionano, ma lo stesso difetto lo fà con altri 3 tipi di convertitori, credo proprio che siano tensioni basse della USB, questo però è molto piu utile perchè ha 3 led che aiutano a capire se è connesso e operativo e i polling di TX e RX ---------AGGIUNGO ------------- che la dicitura 232 mi ha ingannato ero convinto lavorasse come una seriale nativa 232 in realtà è un TTL232

Versátil, bien construido, excelente y barato
Sólo he probado alguna de sus múltiples funciones y ya estoy encantado. He conectado con discos duros vía (TTL), entre ordenadores vía (RS232), Routers, etc. Todo ello a la primera y sin complicaciones.(Aún no he probado RS485) Puede trabajar a 5v. o 3.3v. a conveniencia. Descargué los drivers y documentación de SiLabs. Hay drivers para todos los S.O. (Todas las versiones de Windows, Linux, Mac, Android) incluso hay SDKs para el desarrollo de tus propias aplicaciones con ejemplos y documentación. Lo más complicado ha sido descargar la foto resumen (en formato grande) de las instrucciones (funciones) de la página de producto de la propia web de amazon ;-) Me costó mucho decidirme por este tras analizar las diferentes opciones disponibles en amazon sobre todo porque este no tenía opiniones de ningún usuario Creo que es mucho mas completo y con muchas mas funcionalidades que otros dispositivos similares y a un precio incluso inferior. En la primera media hora de uso ya había resuelto un par de problemas y ya esta amortizado su pequeño coste.
