Product: The product was very easy to install and operate. Performs as described. Nice, clear sound and with many tune options. Seller: (I don't currently have the option to leave direct seller feedback on Amazon since it's been a while following my initial order.) I had an excellent product issue experience with the seller. The push button had been stuck in the "pressed position" without my knowledge and drained the battery (discovered after a visitor mentioned they rang the doorbell and I heard nothing.) I contacted SECRUI via email. After a few email communications regarding the issue, I was promptly sent a replacement button. Their customer service was both prompt and courteous.

We installed these doorbells this past weekend and they've worked great. Easy to install on house. Directions to choose a sound for each doorbell was hard to figure out at first. Poor directions. But once that was done, it was just a matter of attaching buttons on house and plugging unit into an outlet. They're nice and loud to hear anywhere in house. Although volume can be adjusted.

Super easy to install. Extremely light weight. Worked right out of the box. The factory set “ding dong” chime is quite loud so I can hear it from anywhere in my house. There are 4 volume settings so you can adjust accordingly. I have not tried the various chimes yet since I’m content with the factory setting. The receiver is actually plugged in less than 3 feet above the floor yet it still works great. I used the screw mount for the push button instead of using the adhesive patch mounting…either option is quite easy. Wish the light on the push button stayed on permanently so it’s easier to see at night but that I suppose might drain the battery. Overall, I highly recommend!!!

Easy to install easy to use well worth the price

This is a great little doorbell. The adjustable volume works well. If you don't want just a bell it has multiple songs and other ringtone. Don't expect stereo sound from it. It mounts easily. It works well!

Easy installation, the sound travels through the house alerting us to visitors. It functions as we intended, we just need a simple door bell. Very pleased.

I bought an earlier version of this wireless doorbell, which lasted nearly five years. It carries the signal from my porch, up a long flight of stairs and through a door to my kitchen, I am happy to report that it's still a great purchase at this price. Super easy to mount the doorbell, lots of sounds to choose from, and easily changed to suit your mood. Highly recommended.

This doorbell is a steal. Works right out of the box without any preparation if you don't care to change the default chime. The instruction manual is surprisingly extensive and points out some of the features you'd otherwise be unaware of. There are 58 different tones, more than you'd need in a lifetime. Volume adjustable to suit. Tip: If you're mounting a black bell on a dark door, as pictured, I suggest one of two things: blacken the edge of the foam mounting pad, or trim around it a bit so the white edges won't show. It kind of ruins the 'installation' otherwise, IMO.
