Bio-Tech Pharmacal D-Mannose, Supports Bladder and Urinary Tract Health (Powder - 100g)

D Mannose Powder from BioTech worked well on my UTI/Kidney infection. I tried another product when it was finished, but didn't feel it was as effective. It has a slightly sweet taste and is easy to consume. I now use it daily as maintenance for bladder health and to avoid future recurrence.I have been using this for 7 weeks.I had to use an Antibiotic 8 months ago that made me so sick that I didn't want to use them again so started using the D-Mannose with a doctors instructions. No antibiotics. I would have used it before if I had known that it was so helpful.

This is a great product ! My Natural Doctor told me about this and I use it the first hint of a UTI and those symptoms just go away. I also take with a couple of cranberry capsules. This washes the bacteria out of your bladder where it doesn't belong, bacteria is in your stomach and that's OK but sometimes it makes it's way to the bladder. D-Mannose is a type of sugar that attaches to the bacteria and washes it out.

Best solution i have ever found for UTI’sIt really works!!!! When you feel one coming on, Take a few spoons fulls throughout the day (stir into a half glass of water) and it magically goes away! No Dr visit or antibiotics needed when you have this in the cabinet! I wish more people knew about this as a solution!!! Doctors don't usually mention it.... I have no idea why the hell they wouldn't when this works perfect every time!!!

Incredible results. Who knew? I delayed a year in trying this product recommended by a dear and knowledgeable friend.Couldn't wrap my thoughts around how this could be effective. I was fooled. It simply works and works well!!! So glad I eventually followed my internal nudges and tried this product. It is literally a godsend...gentle, very effective and tastes good. Highly recommend.

Hasn't helped my UTI. However there is no flavor at all so easy to take.

Product was recommended by a friend, and I have not been disappointed. Have had multi bladder infections within the past year. Antibiotics would clear the infections but they would return 6 weeks later. After taking this as a maintenance product, this has kept the infections from reoccurring. I was so impressed with this product I ordered two bottles for both my grown daughters, who occasionally have bladder problems. They take at flair up, and it works just as well. I have used other brands of different mannose and they did not get rid of UTIs... this brand does!

My wife's UTI was first treated with antibiotics that failed to suppress the infection, then a second course of the same med. Meanwhile, her stomach pains began and became almost intolerable. Whereupon, the pharmacist alerted us to the fact that the antibiotic was "harsh" on the stomach. Another MD suggested "d mannose" which we procured through Biotech Pharmacal. The several week treatment (followed by maintenance) produced good results, far better than the antibiotic.
