I purchased this camera which arrived very quickly. I was impressed with the build quality but did have a small problem setting it up but when i contacted the manufacturer they were excellent with responding to me and solving the problem in a very short time (and it was the weekend). Great product and fantastic after sales service. Thanks guys i will definitely buy more of these.

None of the mobile apps work with this camera. The only way I can view it is via web browser. FTP does not work. The test works fine however the actual recorded viseo does not. Instructions are incorrect and do not even apply to this model. Sending this aweful unit back.

I cannot get the camera to work with PTZ functions with my monitoring software using Generic ONVIF configurations (this specific model is NOT available from the drop-down menu). I have other ONVIF compliant off-brand PTZ Dome cameras set up the same way (because they were also NOT in the drop-down list) without difficulty. I have tried to solicit information regarding this issue from "[email protected]" but the emails are getting kicked back as undeliverable. So, I submitted this issue above as a question - they suggested to use a HikVision Profile; this NVR software has over 500 camera profiles just for HikVision alone.. I need a specific "known-good" HikVIsion Model cross-reference if I'm going to make that band-aid stick. I've tried guessing at a handful before deciding that it was for the birds. In other news,, PTZ is fast, daytime image is good. Nightime image not so much. IR emitters inside the dome blast the interior of the dome creating a terrible internal IR light glare. Emitters need to somehow be outfitted outside of the dome. Perhaps static. It's not like they really need to move. A moderate amount of light will yield a decent nighttime image though. *** EDIT 4/28/2019: I was able to return the camera, they were pretty helpful in that regard. I DID eventually find a way to get it to interface properly w/my NVR (QNAP NAS w/Security Center App). In the end all was working as expected EXCEPT the night images, the most important images, were terrible. The glare was absolutely awful. In hindsight I'm now wondering if the IR blasters were reflecting off of an exterior surface near the camera as well as the interior dome. Too late to test now. Just know that for me the interior glare rendered the night time images unusable.

Had a little trouble getting the Blue Iris to recognize the camera but with some tinkering it is working great.

Listed as 2.5" but actually 4". Returned.

Setup was very easy. Best price I've found for a PTZ POE camera! I like the camera for its size and PoE compatibility with my NVR
