We are disappointed! We got this product very late and which is not in working condition .we dont know how to get new one or refund

Dell Active pen
This pen came as accessory with Dell Inspiron 5406 2 in 1. It's got an AAAA battery. When it started behaving bit unpredictable I thought it might be the battery. Unscrewed backside and replaced the battery. Unfortunately cannot screw it in anymore. Using an improvised solution using cellotape and sillicone adhesive tapes so that the unscrewable cap doesn't pop out. Wonderful experience!

Pas terrible
Je ne suis pas franchement convaincu de ce stylet, je m'explique : Il bouffe les piles à une vitesse même quand il n'est pas utilisé (plus précisément la pile principale servant à la partie écriture (non Bluetooth qui est alimenté par deux petites piles boutons qui elles durent longtemps). Second problème, la mine que je trouve trop plastique pour écrire, ça manque d'adhérence ou de pouvoir la remplacer par une autre comme sur les stylets n-trig des surface pro. En clair, je vais peut-être acheter un autre stylet compatible Wacom AES qui est la technologie utilisée par ce stylet, et mon hybride Dell 5285.
