I have read quite a few change management books and honestly, this is the only one any professional needs.

An absolute masterpiece. The sheer scope and quality of material is beyond what I expected or have seen on the topic of Change Management. Absolutely recommend buying this book.I do agree this is not a kindle-friendly book.
