4 years later
I bought this computer back when covid had first started and we had that lock down and computers parts were becomeinf scares I saw this for a great price on prime day and took a shot here I am 4 years later still playing on that same PC no issues Iโve been able to play multiple games and itโs held up great I will but running a 3d print program discord and a game all at the same time with no problem I usually play call of duty, gta, fornite, anda. Few Indie games and no issues I to this day am still using and donโt plan on getting a new one until this one completely burns out on me I bought a 3060 but I didnโt even put that in the pc still using its 2080

Defective computer
Tried connecting to a TV with HDMI and the TV was getting no signal from the PC. Tried again on a monitor and had the same results. Tried both the TV, monitor, and HDMI cable with two other computers and they all worked perfectly. Obviously something is wrong with this PC so I contacted ACER about getting it fixed. They would not accept it. They told me to make sure the HDMI cable is plugged into the video card and call tech support. That comment really frustrated me because there is only one HDMI port on this computer and it is on the video card. A visit to the ACER support website clearly shows this is a common problem they are having and there seems to be no known solution. I used to love ACER products, but now I am questioning their quality. I don't want to deal with poor customer support so I chose to return it. A couple other shady things with this computer. It has two serial numbers. One on the side and one on the bottom. At the ACER support site one of the serial numbers says the computer was purchased in April and I bought it in May. One of the clips that hold the RAM in place was partially broken but still held the RAM in place. I feel pretty confident the computer was returned defective and then repackaged and sold to me.

If you're a gamer, it's worth the price. You'll have it for a long time and runs everything.
It's the best computer I've had, very good looking and runs every top game at very high/ultra level. Starts amazingly fast. Had a couple times when it restarted by itself when playing but apparently was a heating problem. I turned the fans at max power (it's noisy but you can set up the speed) and so far it haven't happened again. The keyboard it's great as I can see the buttons even at night with lights off (you can set up the brightness or turn off the LEDs, only blue color tho). Mouse is pretty good as well with LEDs and extra buttons. It's been 6 months and so far I'm very happy with it.

Handles everything
This Predator is the 2nd one I have owned last one lasted 11 years and still working, convinced my sister to buy one since Predators kill Aliens. This is also the 4th Acer I have owned in 17/18 years and have only had to call them 4 times and 3 of those times were to register my PCs. The other brands of PCs I have owned have not lasted as long except the Alienware I had before my first Predator but that was before Dell bought them out. Gave that to a friend and he is still using it.

What I expected
Had this for one week now... Upon start up computer went through guided setup - no problems, easy to follow, no real technical knowledge required to get started. Only had one windows update to run, all other BIOS, software and drivers were current within two weeks. Predator sense software is lacking. Version on this machine only controls one of the fans. There are no light controls, and I mean not even a simple on/off setting. Haven't experienced any excessive heat problems. GPU never above 76, CPU never above 78. Well within hardware specs. Will upgrade cooling at some point; however, the rear fan is small (3.15in or 80mm) installing a standard 90 or 120mm would require drilling the backplate of the case. It may be possible to mount a fan on the left side mesh portion of case. That may be the best shot with the case size for this system. All in all exactly what the specs stated it would be; no issues during setup and no software, crashing, or rebooting issues during the first week of use.

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!!!! IT IS DEAD ON ARRIVAL!
Quite possibly the worst decision I've ever made. Maybe its different for other people, but mine came with a fake rtx 2080. The motherboard is very cheap and only has 2 ram slots, and the gpu didn't even work. I tried it in multiple PCs as well, even seeing if it was a psu or motherboard issue. On top of that, their tech support is incredibly unreasonable and unresponsive, and I have been fighting to get my money back for almost 2 years after amazon told me to order a new gpu for the system and they would refund me because the company wasn't honoring their warranty. So, I got screwed out of nearly 4 thousand dollars, 1,500 of which Amazon owes me. I know at this point I will never get that money, so just take my warning and don't buy this junk.
