KanSui for Noodles
Chinese noodles are not the same as spaghetti. The only difference is that the dough needs to be mixed with alkali salt solution called "Kan Sui" by the Chinese and Japanese. This solution is for that purpose. Handle with care as it is dangerous alkali solution but very necessary for noodle making, I am glad it is available to buy on Amazon.

It’s not just for tendering vegetables
I have seen people asking questions about if it’s food grade. I grow up with this and I have eaten pastry, noodles etc made from this and I can guarantee you it’s absolutely fine. Just don’t over-use it and follow the recipe, you will be good. However, DO NOT drink it directly as it can cause massively damage.

Food grade?
Wanted to use to make dessert and cakes but a warning at the back saying to use only for washing fruits and vegetables when diluted with water? Is this really food grade or I got the wrong one.
