Great instructional video, but don't expect it to be much different than Ej's River Running Basics
The quality and content of the movie is good, however this video deserves three stars because so much is repeated from Ej's River Running Basics DVD. I would have expected vastly more advanced material, even building on the Beginner DVD. As it is, one would be better served to order either the Basics or Advanced, but not both.
