One of the bracelets arrived damaged
This gift for an 11 year old girl gets a 4 star rating because when we opened the bag, the silver bracelet with the slithering charm was missing the slithering snake from one end of the bracelet because it had broken off the end. We will glue it to the bracelet but you should find a more secure way to attach this feature. Thanks, Susan Frank
