Will this work with primary arms red dot sights

I would suggest speaking directly with Primary or Aimpoint. I used it on an Aimpoint with no issues. Regadless, take special care when threading it in place.

Does the kill flash obstruct your vision when using back up iron sights?

Not really. I could still make out my front sight post, it was situated right in the middle of one of the honeycomb hole. I mainly bought it just to keep the glare down!

Will this fit a scope with a 32 mm threaded objective lens?

All I know was it fit my Aimpoint pro ! Check that size , Aimpoint pro I believed is 30 mm
