It totally freezes up when watching reloaded tv. The best advice is to use kodi 17 instead of 18 with this box. Right now, i am not impressed with this box at all, and i have a few others. I bought this for a friend, but i don't know if i should give it to him, or just return it. Again, i would probably not by this product again.

I am very familiar with android boxes. I create my own builds and use them for hundreds of purposes I including teleconferences, media and gaming. This box does nothing but free in any attempt to do anything. I have spent 3 mos of headaches trying to reinstall painstakingly loosing hours of my life on this thing. Hopefully the distributor will contact me. I will update if they do!

Nice product, compatible with the price. Works perfectly out of the box, plug in a power outlet and have fun.Just didn't like the jack/socket system for energizing (since it is a 5V system an USB type C or even older USB should be used for feeding). A standard 12V plug/jack is used instead, so it is quite easy to make a mistake and feed the box with 12V from another device in the surroundings.

This box is ready to go right out the box. The speed is noticeable compared to other boxes. Like that you can update the box. The only issue is with the remote, you really have to point it directly to the box. This is minor but annoying nonetheless. I have to say this is my second purchase of this box. I liked it so much that I ordered another because my first one died on me after only a few months. Hope that was a fluke.

Awesome product, fully loaded; however, Netflix will not work. It's not do to this device. Netflix is no longer updating for Android. Netflix will only work on a Roku or fire stick or older smart tv

Il box si presenta molto bene ma finisce tutto lì. La porta USB 3.0 non funziona correttamente, una volta sganciato l'hard disk esterno precedentemente riconosciuto,non lo riconosce più. L'unico modo per risolvere il problema è riavviare tutto. Le porte USB 2.0 funzionano ma sono poco performanti per file pesanti come il 4k HDR. Inoltre la gamma dinamica e veramente pessima. Quando si riproduce un file 1080p oppure 4k è un disastro. I colori sono slavati, le forti luci e ombre vengono gestite nel peggior modo possibile. Il problema più grave è il fatto che spesso e volentieri va in crash, e anche qui bisogna riavviare tutto. Ho effettuato un test su altro box della stessa fascia è a gestito perfettamente tutto. Come se non bastasse soffre di surriscaldamento elevato. Netflix e Prime Video si vedono solo in sd, quindi una vera schifezza. Infinity non compatibile. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Effettuato reso immediato.

Darüber hinaus hat sie richtig gut Power und genügend Speicher für den täglichen Gebrauch. Ein tolles Gerät um meinen alten Fernseher mit modernen Funktionen zu einem erschwinglichen Preis aufzurüsten. Der Internetzugang ist einfach und kann über WLAN oder LAN-Kabel erfolgen. Die Signalstärke ist großartig und stabil. Alle Programme und Videos laufen dank leistungsstarkem CPU- und RAM-Speicher reibungslos und ohne Probleme.

Sehr unpraktisch in der Bedienung. Einstellungsmöglichkeiten umständlich zu erreichen. Was das schlimmste ist, ich kann es nicht glauben "copy and paste" nicht möglich! Ich bin kein Anfänger, sondern erfahrener User! Kein "copy und paste" !!

Edito a 04-05-2019:Después de devolver el equipo la empresa se puso en contacto conmigo y me ofrecieron enviarmelo otra vez pero gratuitamente con la condición de cambiar mi opinión. La verdad que en ese momento me pareció que era querer comprarme, pero les comenté que cambiaría mi opinión si realmente se había hecho una mejora, y me respondieron que estaban de acuerdo. Así que después de probarlo puedo decir, que además del esfuerzo por dar una buena atención al cliente y un seguimiento de los problemas que presentó anteriormente, ahora han solucionado el problema que había con la conexión WiFi con los 5ghz que anteriormente no funcionaba, y ahora lo han arreglado y funciona correctamente. También ha mejorado el menú en velocidad, aunque no es de mi gusto y estéticamente no me convence del todo pero funciona correctamente y no se le puede poner muchas pegas si te acostumbras. Y aunque sigue teniendo algún pero, ahora no puedo decir que és horrible, ya que se a mejorado mucho. Espero que con mi opinión y las mejoras que le hagan después de mis indicaciones a corregir, llegue a ser un buen equipo. Le pongo las tres estrellas por la mejora y el buen trato y atención al cliente, algo que no todas las empresas hacen y que es de elogiar.-------—------------------------------Lo he recibido hoy y mañana ya lo devuelvo. Es el peor Android tv que ha pasado por mis manos, y he conpraprado muchos, ya que soy informático y familiares y amigos siempre me encargan de que compre y configure yo los equipos. Pero este se lleva una estrella y por que no puedo ponerle menos. El WiFi va horriblemente mal por no decir algo peor, lo he conectado substituyendo el mismo lugar donde tengo el mio actualmente, y lo máximo que me ha cogido son 3mb de velocidad, lo he conectado en la banda 2,4ghz y en la 5ghz no hay forma de que conecte. Lo compré que funcionaría muy bien al tener doble antena, la interna y la externa pero no funciona ni a patadas, y es super lento, el menú de navegación es malisimo una verdadera porquería. Realmente parece un Android tv antiguo y obsoleto por su mal funcionamiento, no parece que tenga Android 9 con lo mal que va. Os recomiendo cualquier otro Android tv antes que este, el mio tiene 3 años, con 2mb de ram y Android 6.1 y le da mil patadas. Señores fabricantes si fabrican algo al menos que funcione miniamente bien que cuesta dinero y no lo regalan!!!.

This is a update of a prev 1 star review with the 1st box being defective and unable to work at all. After seller promised to send another box it came in only after 2 days! Plugged it in and right away it started working with easy Wifi connect and very good HD video streaming. No more lagging and buffering like the box I have for 2 years. Also the guys were very supportive and helpful during my struggle with the 1 st box. They didn't ask for the return of the 1 st box. So far very happy with this purchase. Will explore more features later and report back.
