Not a happy customer
I have been trying to return two rentals I received by you all. Both times I have had issues, one with the Intercultural Communications book and Human Resource Management. You all continue to send me emails telling my rentals are due, but when I have tried to print out my return labels it will not print. I have tried this for months now. I know their is a time limit on the returns, but I have not been able to access the information even in the time frame allotted. I am renting one last time, if I have the same issue I will use another source. I would appreciate someone contacting me with help in this matter. Thank you Shannon Cagle

Thorough, informative, straight to the point. I would recommend this book. I rented the book but I'm considering purchasing it.

A good general Human Resources Management textbook that is not hard to read or process. I will be keeping this one for the book shelf.
