Guidance in Esoteric Training: From the Esoteric School (CW 245)

This is probably the only Esoteric Training available by Rudolf Steiner. It is a must have for the Western Soul.I use the main meditation three times a day every day and the change in my ability to "Love" others is growing. The negative tapes are just not playing anymore. This book might also be known as "Interstellar Meditation" because it stretches the human soul out into the universe and then back into the smallest cell of the human form.

This is an excellent book and for those who know about Anthroposophy it has wonderful meditations for each day of the week and very good lectures. Must have for the spiritual seeker.

Probably the best introduction to Rudolf Steiner's work.
