Does the black&deckerbew220 heritage 1/3 sander have a charger ?

The sander is mains electric with a standard plug so no charger required

Does the sander use hook and loop sandpaper

No it does not use hook and loop. Just your standard sheets held in place with clips!

Anyone recommend sandpaper pads as reviews seem to suggest Amazon recommended are not very good.

I only use normal sandpaper cut to size! The pads recommended work out more expensive!!

Could this be used to sand down 2 medium sized walls walls

Hi, difficult to use on a vertical surface, would suggest manually with a board and pole
