Fax recognition from call ins
Worked perfectly. Moved from POTS phone where our fax stick did not work with digital phone system. Your fax switch solved the problem.

I've had no problems with this device. I purchased a similar Comswitch 8 years ago and it's also working fine. My only qualm is that the relay that does the line switching is louder than I expected.

MONEY TO BLOW!!
THIS WAS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT, ONCE I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT I HOOKED UP AND THE EQUIPMENT STARTED SMOKING. I TRIED THE TECH SUPPORT NUMBER AS SUGGESTED ON THE BOX , SEVERAL TIMES AND OFCOURSE IT WAS DISCONNECTED. THEN WHEN I TRIED TO RETURNED THE PRODUCT I WAS TOLD BY AMAZON THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE. ALL THIS FOR A DAMAGED PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE, I WAITED TO LONG FOR A RETURN AND THEN AMAZON INFORMED ME THAT THE PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU HAVE $200 TO BLOW.

Comswitch 7500 is the perfect size to wall mount in any communications area to split up to 2 telephone lines among phone, fax and modem. Simple phone cord connection make the job simple

Ask Questions twice!!
Command Communications 4-Port Comswitch Phone/Fax Modem/Ans Machine Line Sharing Dev.I, like so many others, checked out the Comswitch 7500 first. I even called the company and asked about the compatability with my computor. I was given a go ahead from them and bought. Now I find out that a review I even read was correct. It has problems with faxing direct to computors. NOW ComSwitch says they have had problems with hook ups to U.S. Robotics 56K Voice PCI modums. This was not told to me when I asked about problems. So BeWare!!!

Arrived quickly and worked perfectly. This unit is not manufactured anymore as far as I know. Even the box for this unit had the 1990's feel to it because that is about when I started buying these useful product. My client has been using these types of devices for 2 decades. I recommended it to another client and it works perfectly for her too.
