Seymour Duncan Ssts 2S CRE Triple Shot Switching Les Paul® – Mounting Ring Set Cream

I have both single coil and humbucker guitars, so I was looking for a different sound. I decided to use these with a set of Seymour Duncan P-Rails  Seymour Duncan P-Rails Set Black Electric Guitar Electronics  which are designed for splitting. The Triple Shots make selecting 4 different configurations per pickup quick work, although a bit fiddly for mid-song changes. The Series/Parallel humbucker settings are more useful than I expected.The one thing to watch out for is the curvature is made for a Les Paul top, so if you are mounting these on something else, the fit may not be exact.

Greatly expands the tonal variety of my guitar and easy to install.

This looks like a good product. I'm hoping the switching holds up better than the ribbon cable. One installed with my P-Rail without issue. The other broke off the board just with handling during dry fitting to get the holes drilled in the guitar.I may be able to solder these back, but this is NOT the quality I expected from Seymour Duncan at this price point.

You have to be very careful with this set. The wires for the surface switches is very fragile and easy to break. Lost one during the install. The install on the neck went well, but the tonal quality that I was expecting was never achieved. I would've been better to install a push pull than spending the money on this item.

P-Rails are great Pickups these Rings make them unbelievable !!!!
