My experience opening this package was great,it provides a box written with instructions and inside the box the actual heating/cooling product with a bag u can put the product in when you freeze it so it doesn’t get freezer smell + a sweet thank you note and more in depth paper instructions, overall sensational product

Very soft! This was a nice width for wrapping it around my neck & crossbody for the back. I used a carabiner to hold the 2 handles together & wear hands-free! After several months, the plastic did braek where I folded it.

Bought this in 2022 and it has been wonderful, absolutely perfect. I just had a throat biopsy and as I was using the ice pack the beads started to come out from the middle seam. Little disappointed since I take really good care of it but also it's been 2 years since I got it so also understandable but worth the money. Comes with a bag to store it in so it doesn't collect freezer smells.

I bought this to help bring relief from the scorching summer heat. I like that it comes with a little bag to store it in your freezer, helping to keep it clean when not in use. It's been great to drape around my neck when I am feeling wilted at home with no air conditioning. One side has a soft texture that feels nice against the skin and helps protect from too much direct cold.

If you’re looking for a disposable ice pack for neck pain, then definitely purchase this item.Otherwise, spend a few extra bucks and buy a product that does come apart after a few uses.The circular closure ripped open and spilled the beads everywhere after 3 uses and having it for 5 weeks.It’s just frustrating when you need something for your neck pain, and this happens.Grrrrrrr
