Good Replacement for Original Part that was Bad
We originally purchased the SR SUN RISE Shower Head system four years ago in 2016. Because our bathroom remodel took me a LOT longer than expected (finally got to it in the summer of 2020) it sat in a box in the partially remodeled bathroom for three + years. We liked the showerhead and the wand.As soon as the contractor doing the tile came in and looked at how the original part was built he was concerned. There was no way on the original part to adjust the cover for the hole in the tile. That meant that there was no adjustment on the tile thickness. Additionally the original part only had one Allen screw holding the parts together, that came apart very easily. I searched all over town and the internet for ideas on how to fix this.This part (which I hope is now shipping with all of their products) was the answer. The single Allen head screw that holds it together is replaced with two and it is much more sturdy. More importantly, the cover is also adjustable so that it can slide back and forth based on different tile thicknesses.This absolutely solved all the problems that the first part had. We have been using it now for about a month and it works fine. Glad the fixed the problem - just wish this part had come with the original shower system instead of having to go back and find a replacement.One note - the cover had a very small ding in it. That was also true of the cover that came with the original shower head mixing control. I tried to write the company for a replacement on that one, but after three or four email exchanges was not getting anywhere. The dings were minor enough that I decided to just install what we had rather than continue to try and solve the problem with someone that I don't think communicates very effectively in English.

Perfect for our shower
Almost impossible to locate something like this in big box home improvement stores as we wanted to keep our shower and plumbing in the same wall.I like the built in holder for the handheld. We purchased a seperate Delta hand held shower head and that fit well.Sorry bad pics but it worked great for our update! Not sure about ease of install as our contractor installed it.
