Great quality, easy to remove and fun shapes
This is my favorite brand for silicone mold. They are sturdier than most and it's super easy to remove. Cakes are moist without the use of extra butter/oil. Plus, the shapes make familiar recipes take on a modern twist.

Be aware of the size
The dimensions of the cubes are quite smaller than what I had anticipated. Unfortunately, I could not gauge it from photos. The product looks quite sturdy and well built. I suggest that the sellers to add photos which helps visualize the size of the cubes..

Professional Pastry Chef costumer- You can't go wrong with these babies. Great material, if you're thinking of working with plated desserts- buy these. Great height addition to your plating. It's always great to be able to get these molds online if I don't wanna wait for my Silikomart rep. Fast shipping, good price. The mold has good sharp`ish edges, so my mousse 'cubes' come out sharp and neat. Holds in the freezer well. Silicon molds. Can't get any better.

Still, love Silikomart!!! Super useful for mousse mini cakes. Easy to remove finished product. Always make them for the family parties. Great material washable in the dishwasher.
