Definitely recommend
Makes delicious char sui pork/chicken. I used pork steaks, left them to soak up the dry mix for around 30 minutes and then cooked them in the airfryer, once cooked sliced into strips and added it to homemade egg fried rice - yummy!

Nice seasoning with good flavour! I took a star off it because I would have preferred a deeper red colouring as this seemed to get lost somewhat in the cooking of the meat.
