Loooooong lasting energy!
I like to consider myself a pre-workout connoisseur. I’ve tried dozens! I’m a 50 year old natural bodybuilder who works out at 3:30 AM, and a good pre is part of my ritual. Many (but not all) pre-workouts are properly dosed with the basic ingredients for pumps, focus, and energy...but you have to search for the ones that offer that extra something else that makes them special. This one has S7, which increases nitric oxide, and you can certainly tell the difference when it comes to pumps and performance. Also, while I’m not 100% sure of the mix of the proprietary blend, this pre really has a long lasting (I mean, several hours after your workout) energy level with no jitters or crash...just right for awesome workouts and a great energetic start to your day. Definitely one of my new favorites.

Life changing
Im not the type to leave reviews but this may be one of the best products ever. First off I’ve only tried samples of pre workouts abs never purchased one myself. I read a million reviews and decided on this product. The taste is ok but man does it work. Most days after work I just want to shower and relax. I didnt even take a full scoop today and not only did I have an amazing workout but I went to the grocery store, cleaned my house And did laundry. This product is gonna be a life changer for me. I would highly recommend this as a great energy boost for the gym and just getting things done.

Honest truth (cotton candy flavor)
If you are the type of person that like to sip on a tasty pre workout this isn’t for youThe taste isn’t the worst but it does have a weird after taste to itIt also has a weird smell to itIf your the type of person that can handle any taste just to chase that pre workout energy feeling then this product is definitely for youThe energy and focus it gives definitely makes up for its lack in tasteI would definitely buy it again

Great Pre!! Great Energy and Pumps....No Crash
I've used many pre-workouts and this definitely hits as well, if not better, than any others I've used. I tried the Cotton Candy flavor and really enjoyed it. It tasted just like cotton candy at a fair.I've used it for a while now and have had some of the best training sessions I've had in a long time on One More Rep Complete! Energy is there for sure, long lasting and no crash whatsoever. This pre lasts as long as I want it to last. Pumps are geat too; I just feel good all aroung with One More Rep Complete!Will absolutely buy again

Always a fan of 1MR
I've always been a fan of 1MR, before it ever included the pump ingredients it does now. In fact, it's what I ran out of before ordering this (Fruit Punch flavor LOL). I found myself having to add a couple blood flow ingredients to it though, to get the effect I wanted. Which is why I wanted to order this stuff. And yup, same great focus you get from the older 1MR, but with the pump ingredients that I found myself using (mainly citrulline malate). I've used it twice now, once on total body day and the other on upper body day; and both workouts went exactly as I'd hoped. And the cotton candy flavor is a must try.

Not as good as the original formula
The flavor was not cotton candy and it lacks the pump producing ability of the original formula. I have used the 1MR multiple times since it's inception and there appear to have been changes, combined w/ this 1MR "complete" version.Pass on this and stick w/ the normal 1MR and if you can get old stock, even better.

MAJOR PUMP!
Can't say enough about this pre-workout. This is my 3rd or 4th time buying it now and love it so much that I felt compelled to right a review about it. Really feel the affects of this product! Gets me fired up for every workout! I feel the tingles from this product ( I like the tingly sensation) but differs from person to person. Iv'e been heavy lifting for about 10 years now and this is my favorite pre-workout so far!

Effective pre workout that lasts well into the workout.
I have been taking BLI’s Fat Burner, Strength Gainz and One More Rep for a couple if weeks now. This is by far the best tasting product. I have tried multiple pre workout products but as of now, this is the best one I have tried. It boosts your energyand sustains you theough the workout. Highly recommend.
