I hope they never stop making this CoQ10. My body can't break down the most commonly used fillers and materials to make capsules and tablets-- anything that says vegan or vegetarian does not work for me. Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose, none of it will absorb. Finding bovine gelatin-based supplements is hard, and it's even more rare to find one that is also soy free! I wish Health Thru Nature would expand their product line, because I would buy everything from them! I just ordered their Vitamin D and I can't wait to try it.

I'm 50 and my body is starting to change. After a recent appointment which included a check on my A1C, it showed pre-diabetic levels. At that point, I decided to get a DARIO blood sugar tester (which, btw, I LOVE and also recommend). My blood sugars were between 160-221. I exercised, I watched my intake. I couldn't get it down. A month later, it finally started going down to around 125-135, much better, but not good enough. I've never taken CoQ10 before, but my blood sugars now are between 94 and 105!! This was after about 2-3 days of taking it. Unbelievable!! Thank you!!!!!!!

I would love to have the gel one, but this is not hard to swallow.

I was prescribed statins for elevated cholesterol about 5 months ago and had a bad reaction, which left me with quite severe pain and muscle weakness in my upper arms. This subsided a little after discontinuing the particular drug that gave me the problem but some residual pain has persisted. I read that CoQ10 can help alleviate similar symptoms and that the naturally occurring antioxidant in the body may be depleted by statins. I have been taking one tablet a day since receiving them about a week ago and I can report a dramatic improvement in the pain level in my arms.It may, of course , be a complete coincidence but I have not changed any other part of my routine to account for the sudden improvement. To be honest, I don't care if it's 'placebo effect', I am just glad to be able to take a pullover off over my head or pick up a large book without wincing from the pain in my arms. Hopefully I can now start some pain-free arm exercises to restore the muscle lost during the adverse reaction to the statins.

I have been using this product for some time now. I have fibromyalgia and my symptoms can be very painful. It does not get rid of my pain but it helps enormously in making me able to function. I thought I would stop using it for a month or so, big mistake!! I resorted to my former self, a gibbering wreck not wanting, or able, to leave the house. So this works for me! If you haven't tried it, give it a try. Nothing ventured nothing gained as they say.

I was recommended this supplement to combat the tiredness which comes with old age.I took the capsule for two days with food and on both occasions I got a burning in my stomach and throat followed by giddiness and a state of feeling unwell.I am not convinced that the capsules were genuine as other people said theirs were blue and mine were red.I binned them as useless - what a waste of money!The one star was to get this review published
